 I don't see the rational in spending 4 to 5 billion on a S/L capped farm toon that can only do S/L farms. I would rather spend that money on something that can do any farm or any mission and is positionally defense capped.
 
 At a minimum maybe pick up Vengeance, and Fear is Mag 3 which will work on bosses. That would help mitigate damage as well.
 
 I do get the point of just accomplishing the build but I just don't see the value in it.
 
 I for one already got several toons that can farm everything but we're in the blaster forum now so we deal with what we can and have fun doing it.
 
 And for fearing bosses... You must be mistaken us blasters for controlers, we don't do that well at controlling we blast stuff, best defends is a dead mob.

	Beam Dark is pretty cool, playing with this build atm can be in melee range or at range with it. Smash and Lethal capped for survivability. Loads of Fun. Made this one as end friendly as possible and some fun stuff in it like little spiders to toy with :P Don't mind the 2 purple sets they can be swapped for something cheaper.

	The build above this post is broken, you took Vengeance but only have Maneuvers. This can't be done, as far as I know you need 2 powers from the Leadership pool before Vengeance opens up.

	Okay this is what's happening to your Mid's.
 
 Since you added a +recharge in to a power Mid's will make this power active, hence the proc worked. This also makes all other benefits of that power active which is a defends bonus from Hail of Bullets which lasts 5 seconds.
