  1. To reiterate: we really really need breeches/jodhpurs in CoH.
  2. Congratulations. But of course she will always be daddy's girl. That never changes.

    Russian Rampage

Very cool, I always enjoy seeing CoH characters mix it up with characters from other universes.
  4. What an extremely cool way to celebrate your marriage (and your 50s!) Very nifty and meaningful piece of art there, and a fabulous story. The characters are really well suited by his style. What a great 'wedding portrait' for a pair of gamers.
  5. Why, Doctor Castle seems quite handy with his remarkable blades. What a fine sight to see!

I love steampunk too but not many seem into that era...I don't have any screenies of Coal-Fired, my smoke-spewing coal-powered metal girl (dark/dark scrapper) but here is Bloomer Girl, wearer of Dr. Nichols' Patented Electro-Stimulating Corset, who uses her amazing electrical powers of vigour to fight for hygiene and dress reform.
  6. Graver's is simply stunning. Congratulations on a real beauty there.

    New Roxy Art!

Now that's fun! She's got a great look, and a neat name to boot.
  8. I had a villain of that name on Victory for a while, but I deleted her as I didn't want to offend anyone. It's a great name though.
  9. The Masked Shrike

    Destina

Agreed--love the pose, and the colors are fantastic together. Beautiful work
  10. I love her style, and these are both very cool.

    8 Baller Video

Wow, that's the first one of those I've seen. Amazing! I really liked the tie in of the 8 with the infinity symbol. I'd watch this movie!
  12. What a great surprise! Very neat art, interesting perspective. She looks cute! Congrats
  13. Great idea, and turned out beautifully. Sign me up for one of those too
  14. That's so Kirbyesque it's making my toes curl. Fantastic idea, gorgeous art, congratulations to you!
  15. Beautiful piece of art and what a wonderful way to remember your friend. Very cool all the way around.
  16. How cute! And wow, nice colors too

    PinUp Girl WIP

I'm not going to comment on the toe sucking (not that there's anything wrong with that), just say that this is looking great, and I look forward to seeing where it goes from here.
  18. Hi Terra! *waves*

Yes, Commander Crimson is not only talented but totally cool for making those and our avatars. I love mine. We also have some other extremely talented people in the group who make cool images. (Also, just a cool SG all around.)

I once asked CC if he was considering putting up a DA site and he said he might, so maybe someday!
  19. Weeeellll...what can I say? I likes the character arts.

Also, I created my very own monster by getting my buddy into it too, so we enable each other with great ease. "You know what would be cool...?" "That would rock, I'm doing that! Also this would be great..." "Oh yeah, I'm so getting that done!"

It's a vicious circle. Vicious, but fun. Funicious.

Oh, and by the way, Storm, you just gave me another idea that I now have to see done...*grumbles* From Here to Eternity...

(And thanks for adding the link!)
  20. If you are familiar with the Guardians of the Golden Age over on Virtue you may know this artist. I was lucky as I met him through PinUp's SG, the Gods of the Golden Age. We discussed a few pieces, back when PinUp was still relatively new, and so this is one of the first commissions I decided on. Finally decided to pull the trigger on it, and here it is.

    South Pacific by Iconsinink

Also recently got in a really fun piece by Semaj007:

    Family Feud

Iconsinink and Semaj007 are both on DA.

    Foo's Newest Art

Now that's fun! So much personality, I'd buy a soda from this hero.
  22. There's something really cinematic about this, so different and haunting.
  23. Gorgeous piece of artwork there, really stunning. Congrats! And thanks for the heads up on an artist new to me!
  24. Oh we do need that shirt, Ironik. And we desperately need real jodhpurs/breeches! (The Goldbrickers get them, it's time to find their tailor.

And a real leather flight helmet would be nice. You can sort of approximate one, but it's not quite the same.

I'd pay good money for a pulp/Golden Age costume pack. But then I'd pay good money for, well, any costume pack. I'm weak that way.
