Once you have ink, you never go back.

Holy schnickies. This is frakkin' outtasight! Another beautiful work by Brandon, and a simply awesome concept for a really nifty character.
Congratulations! That's just epic, right there. Also, anytime the KoA* are getting pwned is good with me.
*No offense to any KoA campgrounds out there that may be reading this forum. -
Nice! I like your style, it's bold and clean. And what a cool thing to do for your SG!

Must...not...buy...another...commission. Must...buy...holiday...gifts...
*slips toward the abyss with nails screeching through the stone*
Sorry, Storm Devil, I'm already in deep with the Artfather. Any more loans and I'll be sleeping with the watercolor markers. -
Thanks, Nike and Gata!
I really appreciate the good words, especially coming from such talented character-creators.
Now, a few little updates:
PinUp Girl Redux by Mainasha
A couple of other forum regulars had some fantastic Mainasha pinups done, and I really had to have one, too!
PinUp Girl Upside Down by Taho who is a relatively new artist to me, and maybe she is to some others also.
The Masked Shrike by Lastscionz
I just love his work, he's on my list for a more in-depth commission for sure. After the holidays, I guess I oughta buy some presents for other people that don't involve art for myself! -
Okay, I think I just died of the cuteness. Laissez les bon temps rouler!
Goldweaver is a slick and cool piece full of whirliness and sharpness. Neat. -
*squeals* How cute is that with the birds?
And the other one is just great. Love the wings and the angle.
I can't stand seeing so much awesomeness! *plotzes* -
I look forward to seeing what happens with this! Really ambitious and very cool to boot. The finished piece should be epic indeed--I really love seeing multi-character artworks. Now I wish I was able to come up with good villains!
-
This is an interesting idea--I look forward to seeing where you go with Cascadia. It's a great way to tie in art and story. And that's some cool art too. Especially dig Juggertha.

Hmmmm...nothing really naughty about this one, and nothing revealed any more than a good many superheroine outfits show, so hopefully this will be all right for forum linkage:
PinUp Girl says "Ahoy there!" by Oesalces
Weirdly, this new piece is somehow akin to the cute and totally chaste piece of request art I recently got:
Yes, that's a waterbed by QuantumEldrAg
It's like one is junior high school, and the other is all grown up. -
Yay! *flogs DA with a wet noodle* Bad DA, stop being so naughty.
-
Oh, nice! Congratulations on another beauty!
-
Beautiful details, and I love the coloring and shading (as always!)
-
I've always loved those handbook pages you've done, and this is no exception. Very cool. Love the cape too.
-
Happy birthday, o spiny one! I hope you have a wonderful day
-
Sweet! Congratulations on an excellent piece!
-
Oh good! I'm not savvy enough to pick everyone out yet. Very cool, a lot of great expression, I love seeing artists able to do that even in a few lines.
-
Holy schmolies! That is seriously, seriously cool. Beautiful, totally makes me want to read that comic. You can't go wrong with Brandon!
Congratulations on a fantastic piece of art! -
Thanks, Zerge!
I was so fortunate as to receive another piece of awesome gift art today--really, nothing ends a day better than surprise gift art. (Well, maybe one or two things. Cake is one.)
The Scarlet Specter by the totally wonderful and generous ProphetX -
Wow, thanks for all the kind words. I'm terrible at making Spandex costumes so hearing some good thoughts about my decidedly non-Spandexy gals is great, Morgenstern, thanks!
Recently Thuddleston did a series of pieces for me, and I have to say I am very pleased. His style is clean and simple and sharp and I really like it.
Ms. Afterburner
Victory Gardener
The Scarlet Specter
The Masked Shrike
PinUp Girl
Young Citizen
I think Victory Gardener is my particular favorite.
