Was not impressed by the Skrulls and I wonder how they will introduce Phyla-Vell while Mar-Vell has had little backstory so far.
-
That would mean the only villain groups you can fight are the Knives of Artemis and the Arachnos Widows.
-
Also, J.K. Simmons is voicing Tenzin.

It appears your photobucket bandwidth has exceeded.

Speaking of Red Brown, I watched the Space Mutiny episode of MST3K last night.

lol, you don't know what you got yourself into.

We must stop this complaining about the complaining of the complaining that began when we started complaining about those complaining of the complainers, whom complained about the original group of complainers who were complaining.

Here's another idea that I expect to become very popular when Beam Weapons come out: a pulp sci-fi outfit. I've made one using the retro jacket and other Rocketeer-like pieces, but I haven't been able to make an Adam Strange or the new Buck Rogers inspired costume.
-
To clarify the making of this thread, this is more for someone who already has the idea in their head, but can't yet convert into the game. More like a template than a concept.

So cam we buy an entire booster pack or just individual pieces?
-
And isn't the Defense set composed of IDF pieces? Anyway, love the trailer, but I want those Carnival of Light costume pieces. Also, you think those hooded guys are holding would could be the model for beam weapons?

Quote:You're wrong.Aha. So you come into a threat talking about the new splash screen - the one that's on the login menu - then insist on speaking about other splash screens, intentionally ignore all that I say, then insult me. Great. That's nice going there. Here's a hint - it's a discussion thread. I happen to enjoy discussing THE splash screen - the one that's on the login menu. Not the zone loading screens, not the mission loading screens, not the splash backgrounds for the editor or the mission architect, not the splash screen for the old or the new site. THE splash screen in question - the one that's on the login menu.
And if you'd taken a moment out of your reflex to bash me because it's me, you might have noticed that I said I like the splash screen. It's nice, bright and high-quality. It's better than what we have now for City of Heroes, which is a 7-year-old, low-resolution pic of pretty low-quality models that came out of pre-2000s prerendered cinematic, specifically that one City of Heroes intro that doesn't seem to be in any of the new releases, where the Statesman takes out a Rikti saucer.
But that's OK. You don't like me and prefer to sidetrack things I've said. I get it. Can we move on now, please? Like into a discussion about the splash screen? You know, the one that's on the loading menu, the one that's in Leandro's pic and the one that the thread is named after? Because that's the one I was referring to. The login menu is where I want to see either pictures of my characters or straight-up 3D models of them instead of a splash screen. That's on the login menu and not on any other splash screen anywhere else in the game. Just the login menu splash screen.
Am I being clear enough now or do you think there's somewhere else that Champions had splash screens that I failed to mention?
*edit*
For future reference, when you tell me I'm wrong, please ensure that I actually am. That way you won't have to retort with embarrassing backhand comments when I explain my position and why I'm not wrong and you simply misunderstood. But if it you'd sooner believe that I'm a dick than that you're wrong, then go right ahead. I'm more than willing to play bad guy for you to feel morally superior. No skin off my nose. -

The first two Spider-Man films were awesome. The third one sucked, but so far every third movie in a superhero movie has been a failure (keeping my fingers crossed for The Dark Knight Rises).
-
The first batch of Spider-Man films did it some what. He was still a nerd, but there never seemed enough Spider-Man in the Spider-Man movies.

Quote:So tiers are just earned? I was just confused because the current vet rewards (the ones that are worth something) have you select between thing like sands of mu or ghost slaying axe. I thought that the multiple listed rewards were a "chose one only" style that our current system uses.Err sort of. Lets say that you have spent spent 2 tokens and reached tier 3.
You get there by spending 1 token on the 1 available slot in tier 1 and the 1 available slot in tier 2. This gives you Rookie and Trenchcoats which you have spent tokens on.
So filling tier 1 gives you access to a 5 charge mission teleporter 1 Super Pack, and 2 Dual Inspirations.
Spending the 1 token on the only slot in tier to gives you Trenchcoats.
Achieving the tier and I am unclear if you gain the benefit for accesss to that tiers level or filling it in. but achieving tier 2 unlocks Huge Avatars, SG Access for Premium accounts, Trading for Premium accounts, and In-Game Mail for Premium accounts. It also unlocks those things for VIP accounts but since they are available to them it won't be noticed.
Ok, Tier 3 Unlocks. Create/join Private Chat Channels for premium.
And has slots you can spend tokens on to gain Greek Symbols, Shirts & Kilts, & Weapons and sprints. Those things will take 3 tokens to fully unlock. At which point you move up the scale and gain access to new permanent benefits and some you get to pick the order you gain. -
So how do we claim these rewards? Like the tier 9 celestial set, do we have to pick which one we want or do they cost points to choose?

Quote:Probably crap.Now I'm wondering what a Mirror's Edge/Spider-Man game would be like!
EDIT: Also, this.
