The Roast of Greg Giraldo, coming soon to Crematory Central.
-
Not sure. So far the Coen Bros. remakes have been their weakest work.
-
Looks like Josh Brolin will be able to be in a good western movie.
-
The visuals seem cool, but some times it looks to glaringly green screen. i hope it doesn't turn out like the **** fest that was Ninja Assassin.

Dean was never as open as Hank and bottles it up. I hope Ghost Robot will come back.

Some sequels are good, then sometimes you get a sequel like KOTOR II or Bioshock 2 that seem to exist for the sole reason of getting a quick cash grab.

I thought there was a few continuity problems in this episode (loved it anyways). When Prof. Impossible and Phantom Limb sneak into the State U, Limb looks like his thin "Revenge" self (with his mustache) and his crap *** mechanical limbs. After he runs away with the blueprints from the Diamond Dogs, he is in full costume, his mustache has disappeared, he seems more "built", and his fake limbs are gone (they could have been torn off, since he was hopping around and only used one arm).
I can get used to Bill Hader as Impossible, seeing how Colbert will never come back, I'll just insert bill's voice as the norm.
Also, it has been confirmed by Jackson Publick on his livejournal that Nathan Fillion will be doing a voice this season. -
Wolverine is still the best written X-men character.

Quote:Or maybe we are just a little insignificant game and no one really cares if the new features of a game no one has ever cared to play is made by one unheard of studio or another. They haven't issued a correction.
Trust me, I've been looking through every issue that they've sent since the error. Thing is, Game Informer's accuracy is pretty zero, to the point that the question has been raised on whether or not GI actually bothers to verify any rumors or events before posting those events as facts. -
Nothing is going to happen. They'll make a small "oops" box on the reader's mail page.
-
They're paying for Nick Cage, so we'll get Nick Cage. I wonder if Vengeance will show up?

What urges? He was trying to fill the void of his dead sidekick with a close approximation. Doc and Jackson have stated that Sgt. Hatred is the resident pederast.

Quote:For a lighthearted nod to the old DCAU, watch "The Super Batman of Planet X".I'm back. I just watched Chill of the Night and thought it was awesome. I pretty much figured I'd like it when I saw it was written by Dini but it's good to have my faith confirmed. So you have shown me that B&B is more than just that Three Stooges comedy of the couple episodes I've seen. Now I'm going to have to check out more episodes and hopefully the two I originally saw, and the trailer linked in this thread are complete flukes.

The truth of the missing settlement and "croatoan" is that the settlers ran out of supplies and moved to croatoan. Not that creepy.

Quote:Teen Titans was never funny. And if you want to see serious watch the Brave and the Bold episode "Chill of the Night".I second this. It wasn't my cup of tea. The show reminded me of a cross between the 60s Batman series and the Wacky Racers. In fact the first episode I saw was exactly that.
A little humor like in Teen Titans is ok but a complete series composed of goofiness just turns me off so I turn it off. -
The Spectre isn't the most powerful being. He is always seems to be pwnt by Eclipso, Black Lanterns, and Parallax. The Spectre is nothing more now than a test to make big enemies look uber powerful.

The DC and Marvel apps sound nice, but you now can't read The Flash.

When I go see a giant robot move or an Indiana Jones movie, I don't give two ***** about if I can relate to it. I did like him in Eagle Eye.

Uh, that guy sucks. I will now not see this movie in theaters because I had to listen to "intellectual" nerd critic calling me a conformist because I went to see the Expendables. Seriously, your not going to get non-hipsters to see a hipster movie by being a hipster as loud as you can. I'll just wait for blu-ray I guess.
-
I haven't seen it, but all I can say is that people should be thankful for getting a well reviewed movie that sticks to the source without having to span more movies that won't be made. At least this didn't end up like the Losers, Terminator: Salvation, or The Last Airbender.

Quote:Well, him not getting the girl was to fill Millar racism quota for the story. Every time they talk about her new boyfriend, a jerk, they always call him her "black boyfriend". Like in Wanted, when anyone talked about Wesley's boss, a *****, they always called her his "African-American boss".It's certainly gonna be interesting. I wonder how they'll handle the differences going into the sequel. I mean he didn't get the girl in the comic so wouldn't that likely have a big impact on the story between the two?
His original stories seem to revolve around a "**** you" message to his readers. The ending of Wanted clearly shows this and Kick-*** (the comic) is nothing but a story of gaggle of losers that come from the readers' archetypes (kid comic reader, adult comic fanatic, etc) failing even harder at life. -
It's called Kick-*** 2: Balls to the Wall. Knowing Millar, it will be completely underwhelming then someone will make it into a good movie.
