Those are the methods for reporting bugs or getting support. The players can't do a thing to fix that for you. -

Can you name any other Earths where we can put a base portal? No. All of the ones we can access are by using Portal Corp. technology.
We also can't put SG base portals to any villain zones or VG base portals to any hero zones. -

If I check the Remember Me box before logging in then read a few threads and close the browser, when I re-open the browser seconds later my username is NOT remembered. It logs me out each and every time I close the browser.
Something the web team did quite a while back made that stop functioning on any computer I've tried to access the site from, no matter the browser I'm using and no matter if I've ever tried to access the site from that computer before.
I've given up on them being able to fix anything, especially once they decided to implement the 8-hour limit on session logins. -

He resets each time you have received the weekly 2 Emp rewards for completing all of the arcs. In other words, he resets as long as it has been at least a week since you received the award.
It's not a specific day of the week as far as I've seen. I usually start repeating the arcs either late Sunday night or on Monday night. If it wasn't resetting until Tuesday it wouldn't count the progress I'd made on arcs before Tuesday. -
I've not had any problems with getting him to recognize my completion of any arcs since he was introduced. I'm in the middle of an arc right now so he won't talk to me, but I'll check again as soon as I complete this arc.
EDIT: After finishing the arc I was working on I checked with Gabriel and he is showing the correct list of arcs I haven't completed since I got my last 2 Emp reward for completing all of the arcs. [End EDIT]

He's also still on my active contact's list.
I've completed each of his missions 3 times now.
During Beta I ran each mission the first time though on most of my versions of TJ that I was testing with for the express purpose of trying to see if not getting the end of Arc reward table was consistent.
That filled the friendship bar and he did move to the Inactive contacts list. The few that I ran only a couple of missions on didn't fill the bar and didn't move him to Inactive.
On Live, I only ran the mission to rescue Slinger and the final mission and got the partially filled friendship bar as you did and he's staying on Active.
Running his missions through Ouro won't fill his bar, just as it won't fill the bar for any other contact in the game that you don't have the full bar for but outleveled. -

Not everything is posted in an Announcement. As a general rule, we've heard release dates for items in the Market (when we've gotten any) in threads that were NOT in the Announcements before the official Announcement thread was made.
The Announcement threads for market offerings are generally made on the Tuesday of the market update, not before. -

As stated, words of 3 letters or less are invalid for the search, so that leaves out "who" and "die" and the message also states that "who" and "will" are either very common (the reason in this case), too long (not the case) or too short (true for "who" but the first reason overrides this one) and wouldn't be included in the search.
Those two things made all three words in the search invalid. -

Your main goal is generally to get your Alpha slot to tier 3 because that gives you a "level shift". Instead of being just level 50, you're 50+1. For reward calculations, etc you're 50. But for combat, you're treated as level 51 and it makes a big difference against tough enemies. To get your Alpha slot to tier 3, you'll need 40 shards and one 'Notice of the Well'.
There are alternate recipes for each ability and each Tier of that ability that don't require the Notice of the Well. Just select the ability in the Create tab of the Incarnate window and scroll down on the right. -
It depends on what you mean about the forum search.
I use the Advanced Search features regularly and have no problems with that.
I don't generally use the normal Search feature at all so have no idea if it is working as it should. However, a simple test shows that if I click Search and type a phrase into the keyword box and then click Go that it does return the results as I expect to see them.
Currently, when I am looking at a User's Profile page and click Statistics then click Find All Posts by [username] I get a notice that I must wait 15 seconds between searches and I can't get their posts to show that way.
I get the same error message when I click Find All Threads Started by [username].
I get the same error message when I am looking at posts and click a users name on a post and select Find More Posts by [username] from the drop-down menu.
IIRC, the minimum length for search terms is 4 characters. Anything else will return a message that no results were found. For example, typing wwd as a search term will return no results, it needs to be a longer term. Unfortunately, since we use several short acronyms such as WWD, SSA, TP, etc. it doesn't help trying to do searches.
If you mean something else about Search being broken, you'll need to give more information. -

Since the game difficulty is based around SO's (aside from Incarnate Content apparently) it's simply elitism and snobbery to insist that players you team with use IO's and have set bonuses.
Attitudes like that from players is one reason some people prefer to solo. -

However, there is a purchase that can be made to get a monthly license to post in all sections of the forums. It has other things attached to it as well, but the full forum access is the one that is overlooked the most. -

When it was reported on the forums, some people didn't believe it until either Zweigendoobephogerung or Avatea or some other redname confirmed it.
It may have even been in a uStream chat that it was confirmed after the Pummit. -

Interesting.
Once you design a game and introduce these powers and mechanics, let me know and I'll give it a whirl.
As for changing my existing gaming experience, powers and powersets that I currently like, no thanks. -
