Almost all of my characters are Tech.
All in that range have Harvey as a contact.
Harvey doesn't care what your origin is. -
Log out to the Desktop.
Relaunch the game.
Log in.
Check it again.
Sometimes there is a timing glitch that doesn't sync the store and your account correctly.
The support site is working fine for me. I updated an existing ticket and checked a few other tickets I had there as well. What problems are you having with it? Remember, the username/password for the support site may not be the same as your game account login. Mine is similar, but the login is the email address, not just a username. -

Apparently you are talking about a different card from what I know of.
My bank issues Debit Cards with the Visa logo.
My game account has been paid for using that card since the game was released. -

I am an old city of heroes player and i havent played the game for the past 2-3 years. My heroes (one lvl 50 and others lower lvls...) where in the defiant and union servers. Today i downloaded city of heroes freedom and tried to log into the defiant server. Although i succeded i coudnt find my heroes there!!!! The slots where empty and kinda "locked". Whats is going on? Where are my heroes? Do i have to "transfer" them to a new server somehow?
Did you check all of the pages of characters on each server? You should be able to scroll through those pages using the arrow keys on the botton of the character list.
The characters may be on a different page than the one you are looking at.
When you find the page with the characters on them, you will need to unlock the characters you want to play. The icons at the top of the character screen will show how many unlocks you have available. -

Yes, Justice is the unofficial Aussie server but it's still harder to find new friends there. I play on Freedom Hero side and it's very active most of the time (just ignore the negative comments and spammers and farmers). Stick around Ms. Liberty and try to get on a few DfB ( Death From Below) Teams and go from there.
The two largest Justice related global channels are "Justice For All" and "Justice United". Be sure to join those global channels as well as the "Australia" global channel.
You'll find plenty of friends in those channels.
You may even find people in those channels you don't want to be friends with.
You won't see nearly so many spammers and farmers as on Freedom, but that's not a bad thing. -

OK. Your CoH Helper report is cut off and doesn't give any of the ingame settings.
With Windows XP this is usually caused by something (firewall, network security package, malware, etc.) blocking access to the registry.
The "Can Your Run It" site and sites similar to that one suck donkey ... well, I can't say that here ... when it comes to accurate reporting.
Make sure Ambient Occlusion and Advanced Occlusion are turned off completely in your graphics options for the game. I'd recommend running nothing on Ultra Mode with that card and most settings at Low, Medium or OFF for testing and possibly for playing for a while.
As TerraShock said there are several programs running at Startup that can likely be removed and, sadly, AVG has joined the bloatware camp. It used to be a nice lean antivirus utility but it has grown into a bloated monstrosity.
I've had good success with Microsoft Security Essentials. It's lightweight, doesn't take up large amounts of memory, and has caught several problems at home and at work. -
Try shutting off the overclocking.
There have been some of the overclocking utilities that caused issues with the game, but most of those issue were of the "game won't start" variety or "stuck at load screen" variety.
It would eliminate the overclocking from being part of the problem.
Also, go into Device manager and look at the properties for the video card driver. It will give a version number and a date. Let us know what those are and it will let us know what drivers are installed. -

The Intel shows up since the nVidia chipset is only being used while the game is being played. The rest of the time it is using the Intel graphics. Since you aren't running the game while you are running CoH Helper, it can only report on the active card.
One of the reasons I dislike this setup on newer systems. My laptop does the same with the ATI chipset.
It does keep us from seeing the driver and chipset information on the nVidia chip. -

Well, they've started fixing things at least. I can now get the My Stuff tab to work, but not all of My Stuff is actually showing. The only ticket showing is from back in September 2011. Nothing before then and nothing after then.
But it's a start. Hopefully they'll get it all sorted out Soon™. -

You can use the support@coh.com email address that is listed in the description of this forum section.
EDIT: As a side note, I tried logging in to my two game accounts to check when my subs renew and had no problems. This was shortly after 10AM Central, so I'm not sure what message you were getting about the site possibly being down for maintenance. I was able to log in both accounts and check all of the pages associated with those accounts.
The support site still gives me the problems on the My Stuff tab that others are reporting but I submitted a support ticket about it. Since we can update support tickets by email, I'll use that if for some silly reason they want more information. -
I'm beginning to wonder if Ghost Falcon is working on the Other Project™ now.
The last report I saw about the Market was from Alpha Wolf and he is doing the updates to the market.

The Devs have looked into doing cross-server stuff.
It required a lot of work.
It also broke a lot of stuff in non-trivial ways.
They haven't stopped looking at the possibility, but they've seen that there are a lot of problems to overcome so it isn't a high-priority item for them right now.
Just because people aren't jumping up and down at the mere mention of your idea, which has been proposed several times over the years, doesn't mean that you need to be rude to them when they give answers based on what we've been told in the past.
