Tesla Trion

So I am looking to make this guy strictly PVE. Looking for good AOE Dmg, Single Target Dmg, and survivabilty for Trials/TF's. I can afford up to UC/Rare IOs. I am still learning everything so any help would be great.

My name is @Tesla Trion. I just came back to the game and i am looking for a SG to call my home. I just want a social SG that has at least someone on to talk to (playing the game solo gets boring). I have perused the Supergroups link on the Info post, but last post I seen was made last year. I read the rules and I don't believe this breaks the rules for the server to post this.
