It may be a (fixable) problem with the OP's settings or drivers if other people are not even remotely having the issue (or, potentially a compatibility issue). In which case posting this in the technical issues section might be a good idea.

I haven't noticed Dark Astoria being particularly dim. Do you have the same problem with Croatoa?

I like to use Ninja Run + Prestige Power Slide in situations like that.
But it'd be nice to have a more "normal" looking option by default. Though I'd prefer if such an option were in its own power pool so I could slot it. -
I don't see the connection to my quoted post (unless, perhaps, the "obligatory example" was similar to what I said). I avoid arena/deathmatch modes in shooters as well. I enjoy co-op campaigns, though. My objection is not to violence in video games (which is one way to take the "human VS human killing" thing), but rather to direct competition in general. I will destroy AI humans (elves, dwarves, robots, flying midget unicorn zombies, amorphous sentient blobs the size and shape of Canada, etc.) in gratuitous fashion all day long.

The Staff forms didn't seem to be figuring in correctly (at least for the Tanker I was working on). It was automatically figuring in a Recharge and an Endurance discount regardless of which form I turned on, and I don't think it changed depending on the "combo level" I selected.

Quote:So, if these rewards were feasibly within reach for Bob he'd pay for a month's subscription and drop enough money to get a couple of reward tokens to acquire these pieces - which is more than one would normally pay for a costume set. Here's the problem with that. Lets say they make it where anyone with a VIP current status can purchase any VIP tier 9. And lets say that 'bob' I'll call him. Player Bob who is a free player decides he wants those really bad. He pays for 1 month of game and buys some PP points, spending maybe 50 bucks. Earning himself a few extra Reward tokens to spend. He slots out those pretty VIP costume pieces an then he never pays again until there is something luring to him again.
If they're out of reach and likely to rotate off of the Tier 9 VIP reward selection before Bob can get anywhere near them, Bob has no incentive to try and reach them, and thus pays nothing into the game.
One of these is more beneficial to the game, the other is only beneficial to status hounds.
As a Tier 9 who has the Celestial and Fire & Ice sets, and is prepared to acquire the Mecha set when it comes out, I support the OP's suggestion. -
Yeah, when people were expressing shock at it being a comedy it didn't prepare me for the reality of the trailer. I'm not a big fan of the original, but that movie just looks terrible.

I have Wormhole on my Grav/Son Controller, but I'm not a big fan of it in general team use. Generally speaking, any given team I'm on doesn't need that sort of mass enemy relocation. Teleporting them to where they're already at for the mez could be useful if not for the knockback (did they get rid of the KB? I haven't played my Grav since the changes). At the end of the day I've found it as situational as Force Bubble. I'd much prefer if it was an AoE Lift with Disorient.

It would be more appetizing if it were Wendys bacon. Still, BK's bacon isn't horrible. I could eat a pile of it, but they can keep their sandwich.

Potentially. But I'd rather have a run-of-the-mill hot dog made with pork and chicken than, for instance, a Nathan's Famous All Beef Frank. Those have terrible flavour and texture. An all beef wiener isn't necessarily an all beef winner.
-
I'd rather have a chili dog with Ruffles All-Dressed Chips crumbled on top.

I'm betting it's the Evil Marketing Department. Rumour has it that they seem to be behind everything bad these days.

Yeah, it barely gets a shrug from me. I rarely have a use for respecs as it is, and I have quite a Veteran's cache of them on any given character. I'd get more excited about a one time award of 50 Inf. Not *much* more excited, but more excited nonetheless.

Wow... 6000 Canadian dollars for a wicked-looking chair. Monitors and such not included.

I'd say that fixing bugs is a separate thing from QoL improvements and spelling/grammar errors, though it's something that should be a constant rather than something that should take over an Issue release.

Too bad there isn't a Toxic armor set... then you could be Staff Infection.
