The only real beef I have w/ Andy is when someone was complaining about Freedom making more money for the devs (not me) knowing that Andy was online and listening, Andy joked about swimming in a pool of money like Scrooge McDuck. It seems as if he makes everthing a joke. Yes this is a game for having fun, but taunting customers, VIP or not, does not sit right w/ me.
But putting aside the ridiculousness of the complaint, that response hardly seems like a taunt. Maybe if he grunted and gestured with his hand afterward... -

Perhaps, to avoid confusion, they should do like train stations and such and roll back the time 1 minute. Then it would be 3:59 PM PDT/6:59 PM EDT/11:59 PM BST. -
It's easier for me to make a list more along the lines of what I don't use/do:
I don't craft temp powers. Indeed, I hate the crafting system and largely avoid it altogether.
I only rarely craft IOs, and haven't bothered trying to fully plot-n-slot a character for set bonuses for a long time.
I don't go for Accolades.
I don't do certain story arcs with the goal of acquiring temporary powers.
I almost never buy inspirations, and I tend to hoard the ones I acquire naturally.
I generally don't take the Fighting pool. I find the toggles therein too costly (and the attack useless) to run on most characters, and if I had my druthers they would provide little-no bonus for Scrappers/Tanks/Brutes/Stalkers and more bonus for the squishier characters.
And unless something magical happens to cause the necessary components to rain from the sky, I doubt I'll ever get an Incarnate Tier 4 crafted. I find the processes involved for unlocking and crafting up to Tier 3 to be more than enough tedium. -

My argument was against your statement that "If Firefly's setting was going to take off, it just would've." That's nonsense when it's not given the chance by being shown in the correct order. You take any successful series, be it movies or TV, show it in completely the wrong order, and it's not going to do as well. Even the hard core sci-fi fans who loved Buffy would have more trouble following it, so it's no surprise that it got cancelled after just 11 episodes that were shown in the order 2,3,6,7,8,4,5,9,10,1. Given how much Whedon built up storylines and characters in his shows, doing that just killed it off.
This isn't about fanboy-worship, this is about saying the show never get a fair chance and to say that if it was good enough, it would have succeeded, is just plain nonsense. -
