I know I've seen a couple of episodes of it, however, I think it's mixing with another anime or two in my head. There's an anime with a guy who loses his memory and has a cell phone that he receives mysterious instructions through and which also allows him access to nigh unlimited funds. There's one with a guy who sees something outside of the White House and gets caught up in some strange plot. And then there's one where a guy wakes up in a room with no memory, there are a bunch of other people in a similar situation, and one of them has ears that pull away from his head to reveal a bizarre compartment that may have had guns in it. And all of that is jumbled in my brain, evoked by this "Phantom" anime for some reason, though I'm pretty sure those memories involve at least two different anime.

Non-bare monster feet would be nice, in general. Letting us put patterns on them to simulate clothing is a good idea, but we ought to go farther than that and look into options for armour on monster feet, letting us put boots over them or some king of non-bilogical ornament would be nice. I mean, "Bare Feet" is just one of zillions of options for human feet, but it's the only option for monstrous feet.

I usually take Taunt on my Tankers. I'd almost never take Confront unless I was out of other palatable power choices at a given level.

Thing is, fusion reactions don't work that way.
Disrupting a fusion reaction doesn't cause it to "expand".
Disrupting a fusion reaction causes the reaction to collapse (means things stop fusing). You're not protecting the world from a fusion reaction. You're protecting the fusion reaction from exterior contamination. And if the reaction hits the walls of the containment vessel? You get the introduction of heavier elements which in the containment vessel walls that kills the process.
