He didnt actually say that, Raven. And, as a critiscism here, you *do* tend to simply snap peoples heads off with suggestions that are 'impossible'. Not everyone knows the inate details of graphics and such, and how hard/easy they are to code/make/whatever.

I know that Id love a better looking game that didnt need so much high spec stuff, but I doubt thats possible. And more realism in game would be nice.

Yes, in game effort.
The Halo 'auras' are unlockable at lvl 1. As are the veteran capes, and combat auras. The other two are available, while the Halo isnt, which most people consider unfair.

As for the review build...I like the idea. Tbh, it would be nice if such a thing existed, even if out of game, like Mids Hero builder for powers, for those that want it.
The problem is, that wont happen. The reason being, Marvel have NC in a bit of headlock when it comes to copyright, afaik. So, unfortunately, it probably wont happen.

This might be valid, were it not for the fact that I already have two lvl 50s, and a number of other characters I am more than happy to level up when and where I feel like it.

Rent does have something of a point, really. The skill of a Buffer lies in making sure they are applying required buffs to everyone at the right times. Assuming it is viable to do that, then extending the duration is just there to make unskilled Buffers' lives easier.

My main, if not only, buffer is an empath. Pure empath. That involves having the team bar open all the time and the icons out, slamming back and forth with heals and buffs like blue thunder. Thats the whole POINT.

QoL? Trash. Fixing all the horrible bugs and glitches out ther would be QoL improvment.

No, but only because it's just an extra costume slot. It costs nothing to make an SG, so you get to level 10, and you make yourself an SG, and you get an extra costume slot. They might as well just hand out a slot at level 10. It would use fewer resources.

That way, you get a slot for SG's that you only get when you're IN an SG, but you can decide if you want to use it or not when in SG mode. Everyone wins then.

This is rediculous. My lvl 2 corruptor opened two presents in Mercy, near Fort Darwin. Both mobs were three strong, one was lvl 6, the other lvl 8.

The difference being, SS is a melee set. All melee sets miss that way. Electric blast is a ranged set, and not other ranged set does this, afaik. Ergo, confusion.

Dear oh lor, I *have* seen it all...
Either get one of the kins that is hanging around to buff you silly, practice a lot more, or the other option, give up. SS might make you a bit faster, BUT it also rips apart what little control you have on the slope.

Arguement summation thus far, afaik;

City of Heroes/Villains; game about playing as a superpowered individual.

Secret identity 'mode'; Not *actually* being a superhuman (ish, in some cases)

Result; most likely not going to happen, people not seeing the point and suchnot.

Plenty of point for 'it happens in the comics' and such, but, well, unless they make all mobs use Rikti Invasion coding and conning, then there really is no way to replicate any of this, and probably wont be. And, as Raven said, lotsa time spent for something that would most likely just cause a hella lot of arguments.

Aye, nothing wrong with suggesting it, after all. Its not a 'bad' idea. Just wont be high on the priority list, given some of the major things that need dealing with/are being implemented =]

So, forked over the 25 canes for the shiny halo, only to find that you cannot actually unlock the bllomin thing until lvl 30...

Annoying and stupid much? Combat auras are allowed at lvl 1 now, can the halos not be put in the same group so that, when you have unlocked them, you actually HAVE unlocked them, and not just added more frustration to getting to 30?

Neat though it could be, and slightly useful for RP to stop people godmoding you when in 'disguise' (yes, despite the name and such still), actually implementing it would probably take some doing. And, really, for not much gain.

RP wise, if someone cannot recognise a disguise and deal with that, then, to me at leat, they are not the sort of person I would want to RP with anyway, and would find people who can. In game wise, not enough gain to actually justify it (yet) while there are still some rather nasty things that need fixing.
