    That is a friggin awesome combo...just the only thing that in MY mind wouldn't go so well with that combo is the fact the mobs will try run away from you and DP excels when things are closely packed. I would go with Archery or Ar with traps but DP Can work with traps...I just wouldn't do it.

  4. I have a Mercs/Poison sitting at lvl 36 they seem sooo...ugh...is there any advice to give me to keep me from deleting him? lol Maybe I should hold on until NG? I've never seen it in action anyway.

    Indeed AR is powerful...but compared to Archery it's a little lackluster now sine the Ignite nerf...They nerfed the recharge and dmg correct? I Wish I would of kept my notes.
  6. Warshades are a God send on Redside esp. during bank mishes and mishes in Nerva. Also Red side seems more laid back with Khelds.

    I admit Ignite was broken but it's not like it was something that needed to be fixed ASAP...in fact...I think not that many players knew about how powerful it was..or if they did they kept quiet lol.

    Yes Oil Slick works 1000% of the time, even outside now and in AE! Woot! Ignite was def a big hit to AR it's a shame. AR is awesome though the same goes for Archery I love slotting the knockdown proc in RoA and Full Auto muahaha!

  14. I am undecided with my widow...maybe Vigilante but my Crab/Bane went Hero...Oh and my Pets love the Call to Justice.
  15. Alos once i19 hits my Bane is going to take the medicine pool and superspeed. It's not entirely thematic but it's effective.

    Nah, he usually stays at range unless...

    1.They try to crowd on him
    2.They get to you
    3.He takes a lot of dmg
    4.Or sometimes if you take a lot of dmg

    Still, to this day I can't figure out his AI but it's almost as if he knows that your are in trouble...well...most of the time. When 1-4 happens he will immediately swoop in and Repel them all back at the same time. Usually this will remove aggro from you and piss off the mobs as they constantly try to attack him with melee attacks in vain.

    Singy does decent dmg actually it's just slow DOT. Much like Jack Frost...cept a bit slower.

    no offense Gavin if you're looking for dmg then Gravity shouldn't be a first choice anyway even though gravity can put out some nice ST.

    You know since the system can only identify targets on hit and act accordingly, which is probably why we have this temp power situation. Easiest way to get the effect,not draw agro and not interfere with PvP.
    Aren't there ways to get around it currently with the new technology the devs have access to?

    Don't get me wrong he's amazing at times and can put out some series dmg/mitigation esp If I'm fighting certain targets but sometimes he goes down fast than a Tart in Port Oakes. that reminds me let me hop on my Ice Dom it's been a while.

    Fly Trap was meh for me before the pet change but now he's actually impressive. He can last for more than 3 seconds and actually does ok dmg and keeps the baddies busy thanks to his recent buff...I still think Jack needs some lovin'...I mean why is he Resistance based? I think Ice should always be def.

    Carrion Creepers are my Fav along with Siny, Ex-Poo Man, I like all of the pets really except for Jack.

    Alos I can't give you a good secondary to be honest every dom secondary is amazing. Most go for dmg though so maybe fire or elec? Energy is good dmg as well.

    For us to better answer you questions...what do you want your dom to do? What fighting style or control set appeals to you the most?
