Thanks for the info! I am still learning how the heal procs function since I rarely play Controllers/Defenders/Corrs these days.

I have both a TA defender and a Poison Corruptor. Poison is far more potent but is concentrated, while TA has large AoE effects. If by better you are simply referring to targeting geometry, then yes, TA is better. However, Poison has much higher debuff values, and the splash effect can stack with the single target effect for Weaken/Envenom.
There is absolutely NO way that TA is leaps and bounds superior like the other sets that were listed. -

Off Topic: Like I said on the beta Forums Earth/Poison looks pretty solid...with Achieles Hell Proc and Fury of the Gladiator one could get up to -140% Resistance on foes...well if the procs in poison was firing properly.

Yea it's hard to believe sometimes we get inherent Stamina now. My Beam/Poison dude would be heaving for air pre-inerhent stamina. Even 3 slotted... He's still out of shape.
I don't think I have it in me to make yet another Beam/* toon. I think this guy is fun on teams... but really just excels at single target and debuffing. If I get on a team with some endurance assistance, and some holds, he is really good. But otherwise... meh.
Nyx I'm finally 38 and I'm going to see if Venomous Gas Procs as well. -
With sets like Time and Elec Control I think we can work around Gravity control to make it a reality without the Devs having to do so much work.

I'm trying to hang in there until I get PA. He's now lvl 12! Thanks to the Sewer Trial lol. I think you two are right I am going to enjoy this toon. I love the Illusion Control set anyway even though I barely play my Ill/Kin these days.

Gah! I can't choose! I want to drop either Piercing Beam or Lancer Shot on my Beam Rifle/Traps Corr in favor of the fighting pool and Vengance but it seems...I'm having a hard time here....What do you guys think about skipping Aim in this set?
Wait a minute! I normally Solo and I'm making a Traps toon! I can just skip vengeance! Yay! -

Oh...by the way. If you PVP...Poison is pretty darn good. I tested it...and well, it pretty special.
On a side note...My toon was just given 45 mill for looking hot!
Has nothing to do with poison, but I spent some of my points to get neat new stipper like things and well...now Im a toxic harlot! AWESOME!!!

I get it though - can you imagine the stress of doing a huuuuge issue like 21 and then deal with the store and the support and the reactivation of accounts and then hit the switch for the game to go free? We just need to be patient for about a month I am guessing.
...but yeah, I can see how this could be rough when it comes to soloing, but it's not really designed for that kind of play.
