I vote for IB .. I found his stick figures to breath a life into the contest that surly helps it to embody the true nature of the event my focusing on the simplistic style of art more formally related to non-artistic persons.. however also gleaming itself to the more stylized sense of form and balance used for perspective analytic styles used largely for main stream media outlets and common construction working signs..

H.A.V.I.L.A.H (Heros And Villians In Lingerie And Hosiery ) is my atempt at making a comic book..

hopefully by making massive amounts of half naked women + blood and gore + extreme violence, I can trick people into reading it, while I try to get to grips with how to make a comic book as well as how to define my own drawing style..

when I was doing xmas angles pictures ..( that I still havent finished ).. I found myself flip-flopping from one drawing style to another, something I hope can be fixed by trying to string together a comic book, and hopefully have the art for it smooth out into one style after a while, even if the artistic style at the beginning is random and unrefined.

I have my own characters and toons, however have always liked the idea of adding in someone elses characters as well... it is a fan-comic after all..

the comic idea is along the same lines as the "Avengelyne" and "Tarot: Witch of the Black Rose" comics.. though without nudity ( but still coming close )..

im basically hoping ta use eye-candy ta distract from the ruff start im going to have trying to make a comic and smooth out all the ruff points..

deadlines the 24th at midnight EST to submit your toon... Fenian girl is only toon so far.. (( im gonna stick deviousmes and matchsticks toons in though ))

..all I can think of is having Matchstick impaled on a stick ...

the new Fart champion can be awarded the golden "Cat-***-Trophy".. ((* a golden bust of Sapphic Neko's backside *)) ..when rubbed the trophy will play "beans beans the musical fruit" song translated into Klingon..

..thanks to my little nephew's daycare.. who gave him a cold...

he in turn gave it to his poor uncle ..and sadly, I was sick all xmas time :*(

..two bottles of Nyquil and now im sorrta ok.. (*still sniffily *)

((p.s. the tissue box if for my cold and in NO way for help with the creative process, and or other processes, used for the drawing of the xmas angels images ... ..as I prefer ta use gym socks for those ))

..trying to come up with a good name for a mini-comic so I can post it in coh.deviantart..

err.. let me know if you have a better one then what I came up with..

im mostly focusing on having half naked women running around covered in tons of blood and gore.. ..I will work on a plot later.... errr... maybe...

lemme know if any one has any toons they wanna have in it..

with finishing xmas angels.. and perhaps doing a new years pinups thingy.. im gonna try this mini-comic out...

has anyone used "manga studio" software?.. how do they like it?...
and dose anyone know of software thats made especially for comic book art???
