Keeping things unique is a terrible buisness model too. Giving people something to base a new character around leads directly to people making a new character, which leads directly to them sticking around to level that guy up. We should be beset with a torrent of extraneous options such as these. It's good buisness. -

Reason I ask. It would be a little weak but it's an alternative.
The alternative being, I don't want to be the FREAKING BAD GUY!!!
I like the ATs but being restricted to Villian Access only... unless I play half concious while ignoring every single bit of dialog, interaction and everything at the same time beat myself with a stick the moment I note I'm starting to read. I'm still going to be stuck being the evil greedy, self centered, murdering, thieving bad guy.
I'd like to reduce the amount of lying to myself required to enjoy a character I play.

When I was testing my arc one of my test characters was a level 8 scrapper.

Ugh, yes. Soloing on my dom, about every third arc I try, I have to drop for difficulty. When I have to bring along enough purple inspirations to soft-cap my defense just to survive a fight because my controls aren't enough to hold a minion even with Domination up, something's wrong. There are just too many mezz-resistant groups and PToD around.

There are a fair number of defensive sets that have mezz protection even at the lowest settings.
I know the custom group in my arc is ironic, the minions are resistant to mezz, immobolize, and holds, but the higher level minions are not. The key reason is I wanted Energy Aura as the defensive set so they could have force fields without the stacking issue of the FF set. Energy Aura is the same at all difficulty settings. -

Today, just about every 5 star mission arc I tried was somebody's farm mission. No contact dialogue, no plot, no descriptions, etc.
One of them had 5 stars and 6 players voting on it. I have a real mission. It got two votes of 5 stars, then one of 3 and hasn't been touched since it's now behind pages and pages of <expletive> missions with phony ratings.

These I HAVE been one-staring, and with feedback. "No plot, no story, no stars"
I've also been going through the unrated missions, most get 1-3 stars (yes anything less than 5 condems an arc to obscurity). A few I have given 4 or 5 stars, but only a few.
