  1. Static 5 bars? Is that the wtf bonus? Numina is just tedious with all the hunts, and they result in a poor xp return. Sister probably gave twice the xp per time invested. Which is definitely not all the game is about. But hunting greys isn't too high on anyone's fun list.

    But the ITF will definitely be a winner, IMO.
  2. Sister Psyche was the first WTF for people still interested in xp (and it was great for that). Huntsman's not so good for anyone. Will Time's Arrow be the first WTF that's good for everyone? Am I correct that all toons can participate in it?
  3. 94% EndRdx is really diminishing returns. Running Hot Feet and CC is a hog, but slotting attacks is far more productive than slotting End to 94%. From 50% to 75% you only save about .08, 75 to 94 saves about .03 more. One slot of EndMod in AM is more effective than 2 here.
  4. Where are you getting your recharge times from? In-game or Mids? Do you have AM and Hasten selected in Mids? That's an extra 100% recharge. But it sounds like only Global is being factored in. Where are you getting your 113.75% Global from? If you really do have that, you're perma'd. But if there really is a 53 second lag between summons, the math you're providing doesn't add up.

    240/(100%+114%+100%+1)= 2 seconds overlap between summons. That's 100% from enhancements+114% from Global+100% from Hasten/AM+1 Base.
  5. From a numbers standpoint, Dom seems to match up with Blaster. But from a playstyle standpoint, my Fire/Storm Corr plays much more like a Blaster than any of my Doms. The Doms all lockdown first, then damage. The Fire Corr damages first, then debuffs whatever is left (Freezing Rain excepted ).

    Am I correct that Fulcrum Shift only works for a Phantasm after it's summoned, not before? And that it does nothing for PA, no matter when they are summoned?

    Hover Speed

    Flight speed mechanics are a trifle confusing. Is Mids correct that enhancing Hover for flight speed has very little effect (less than 50% for a 100% buff)?
  8. What other forms of Stealth does the proc work with/not work with (whichever list is shorter)?

    I suppose it's naive to wonder if there's an in-game way to check this.

  10. I got to 45 in Mids by taking Punch and Kick for 5 KC, 3 Reactives, Enfeebled Operation in the Epic, 3 Oblits, Weave and Maneuvers. Exactly 45, but that's good enough. I guess you could give up Hasten or Lightning Field for Tough, but I'm thinking it's a pretty good layered protection build this way.

    Right. My point was that this toon is already very to-hit friendly, so FA is not needed. Maybe perception and -tohit circumstances, but definitely a luxury.
  12. It looks like the problem is really with elec/elec. Getting 5 KC means taking Punch and Kick, which makes power choices a premium. I guess I could forego Tough. Reactive is easier to compensate for than KC. 41% s/l res is good enough with capped def, though obviously it'll be missed in places like Cimerora.

    I might not be understanding to-hit calcs fully. Ignoring mob def, I calculate him to hit +3's at roughly 135-140% w/o FA. (48%+6%)*2.6. Given that's he's picking up those bonuses incidentally from purps and whatnot, FA is definitely a luxury power for this toon.

    I think you are a bit overly focused on ACC, IMO. Do you really mean +110% global?

    I'd say the main purpose of Focused Acc is to allow you to slot little or no ACC in powers, ignore global ACC other than what you pick up incidentally, and help with Vet powers.

  17. I have both regen and WP at 50, and they're roughly equal in terms of survivability. WP loses some of it's effectiveness in AV fights, so you have a similar issue. Both of them play the game in easy mode once you cap s/l.

    As for being a meh blaster, most blasters would kill for your mez protection. I don't know too many blasters who can dissolve a spawn risk free and move on to the next without stopping like spines/regen. AV fights are not the measuring stick for this build, IMO. Do the ITF and I bet you end up with more kills and dam than anyone else on the team.

    What's a good def to shoot for capping for Electric Armor? S/L seems just barely doable, and I question how efficient it is for ELA, since anything close to you is going end hungry quickly. Ranged seems to overlap with capped energy, though it's nice for psi.

  20. /agreed on the defense priority. I'm at 85, largely as a result of basically being at the HP cap. But the difference between 70 and 85 is much less important than capping def. WP relies on layered protection, IMO.

  25. I haven't seen many EM/SD builds. The 2 Tier 9's seem like a really nasty combo. Is there some reason these 2 don't mesh well together?
