I don't think there's anything arguable about it. (Perma)Dom is far and away the best inherent in the game. Others may fit the AT well, but Dom does everthing to make your toon into an uber-god.
I think the increased Mag is the breaking point. It would still be the best power with longer mez times, mez protection and end refill. Or not being perma. -
I just know that content is getting ridiculously easy, and I can't unslot all my teammates. Watching tanks blow through spawns with AoE before the rest of the team catches up has been... enlightening? Maybe the patch will help.
Anyway, I'm not a fan of online angst. If no one else is seeing this happen, then I'm sure I'll get over it. -
I've noticed something doing high level content, and wonder what the long term outlook will be. With 50(+3/4/whatever) toons running "normal" missions, my high level toons almost feel like they're being power-leveled in AE. I understand that being Incarnate means being able to occasionally smash 50's like they're grays, but it kind of sucks for those who like a challenge. I guess one solution will be "non-incarnate" teams, but I haven't seen that yet (and don't really like that kind of stratification/exclusivity).
So how do you guys see this playing out? Is there some reaction the devs can take to make high level, non-incarnate content more meaningful? Or will all the challenge come from iTrials? -
What happens to Incarnate abilities during a respec? Can you move around your salvage, or are you stuck with say Cardiac, even if a later Incarnate ability can handle your End issues?

No, it's a coding thing. As long as you have perma-Rage, no -def.
Invuln is more defensive by a little bit, though it's situational. WP gives better End management, which doesn't matter much with Incarnate abilities. Of course, nothing really matters much once you have Incarnates, so... -

This set seems to need a lot of help from outside powers. Obviously it keeps going like a energizer bunny, but so does WP and Regen. What does /elec bring to the table over them? 40% resistances and no def seems low for a Brute, though Energize obviously helps. Am I missing something, or is this just not a defensive secondary? Thanks!

Thanks, guys. I've earned it a bunch of times, but there must be some issue with my current toon. It finally registered 21 (after hundreds), so hopefully it's worked out now.

Are there any known bugs associated with this badge? Do you not get credit if the level difference is too great? Do you get full credit for each one killed by your teammates?

I know there's been discussions about Creepers actually helping Rommy (at least until the healing nictus goes down). But something occurred to me on an ITF last night. Since Confusion allows baddies to attack each other, do Seeds also end up helping to heal him? It feels funny for Plant to help mow thru bajillions of baddies and then help take down Rommy by flying way up in the air and doing nothing.

There are 2 procs that fire for all Creeper attacks. One is Posi. Is the other Impeded Swiftness or Trap of the Hunter?
