  2. No, I haven't run the arcs yet normally. Is that necessary for other Flashbacks now, or just this one?

    I also haven't slotted my Alpha yet. Again, is that something this Flashback requires that others do not?

  3. Is there a trick to accessing her through Ouroboros? When I click on her from the Pillar list, it says I must be a VIP and not on a team (both conditions met).

  12. Do we have to redeem our current vet rewards in order for them to be available once Freedom goes live? In other words, if I have several vet respecs or a Nem staff available but have not yet redeemed it, will it still be available after Freedom? Also, how will this affect new toons I make? Right now, I can make a toon and it instantly has Sands, Staff, respecs etc available. Should I be stockpiling level 2's? Thanks!
  13. Again, thanks for the ideas. I keep playing with the numbers for Energy Epic, and here's what I come up with. Dropping Pyre for Combustion (6 Oblits), Conserve Power and Physical Perfection sacrifices 15% Rech and 21% ACC. In exchange you pick up about 10% Regen and 10% Rec, Conserve and 3 slots. Those 3 slots will have to go into Scorch, FS, and Incinerate to compensate for the Global Acc loss (in order to compare apples to apples). The amount you value Conserve is the wild card. I've never been a big fan, as erratic performance is a minor annoyance to me. It's why I like to get Hasten as close to perma as possible. Does changing the Combustion I/O's do anything significant? Am I missing anything?

    I meant that 162.8% ACC vs even con is pretty good, except for possibly farming where you want 95% against +4 (where I think 2 ST attacks fall just short). Is that really a shortcoming? Everything else is hitting +4 at 95%.

    I don't have a problem with farming, everyone should play the game in whatever way they enjoy. But it does affect your build. Thanks!
  15. Thanks for the tips! I suppose I could pick up Ageless to help with End. I really thought a well-slotted Consume would take care of any problems - it's basically another Stamina (plus the 1-hit). I will also reevaluate Cardiac. The global acc is pretty solid on this toon - what number are you guys looking for that you call the KC's underslotted? I guess I should have mentioned that I don't farm - but I do enjoy challenging content, though it's usually on a team.

    Fireball would have to be replaced by Combustion if Pyre got dropped, so only Fire Blast is sucking slots. Though I have to admit this is one of the most slot starved toons I've ever made.
  16. Hi, I could use a little feedback on this. Is there anything important you think I overlooked, any tweaks I missed (particularly HO tricks)? I went Fire APP for a couple of reasons. I don't really want to take 66 mish to go villain and back, plus I've gone 7 years without making a villain and would prefer not to turn darkside now. It also gives me 2 extra useable purples. It frustrates me to not get 5 LotG, but I feel like the purps bring more to the build. I though long and hard about Cardiac, but chose Musculature in the end. It saved at least 4 slots of dam in other powers, plus gave a nice across the board 22% bump. 4.5% on S/L Res and less on the others didn't seem worth it esp with Rebirth.

    If I understand CoData correctly, the Interface damage proc for Reactive does less than unenhanced Boxing on a Tanker. Can anyone confirm that?

  19. Just to be clear - there are many levels this game gets played at, and SS/WP is a tough toon at all of them. But capping s/l is a noticeable difference. Comparing two different AT's doesn't really work. Compare a capped WP to a non-capped, and you'll notice a difference at the high-end.

    Of course Incarnate abilities change everything. IMO, once you fully incarnate nothing really matters anyway, since the game will now be played in god-mode.
