Problem is slash and lunge with its high recharges its hard to find a seamless attack chain that will double stack follow up.

Can anyone confirm that veat follow up doesnt stack?

Veat follow up doesn't seem to stack though.

So i'm working on a night widow build which is tough when trying to combine enough recharge to make a decent attack chain and still have survivability. I noticed that according to mids follow up doesnt stack? Is it worth having when its slow recharging and does little damage and doesnt stack?

2 lvl 50 heal/rech, 2 lvl 40 heal/rech. If my chosen at benefits from regen i do numina Heal/rech numina Heal/end/rech doctored wounds heal/rech harmonized healing heal/rech.

I think shred monkey or werner posted about how to add it but it got purged before i saved it.
Any chance someone saved it? Or have any ideas how i would add it?
Or if someone could tell me how i make a us trial account so could ask it there?

With the current rules procs aren't resisted so i don't think it would be as shabby as one would think. Sure it would be outperformed by necro nin and probably thugs.
I'm sure you could come up with a cool duel build but the problem is noone knows the dr caps for sets and the developers are for some reason hesitant to release them, which is odd since it would help them.

The budget thing was directed toward twisted, cant multiquote on my cell.
You wont outdamage a fire/em scrank build with a stone/ss in st damage.
I also reacted when you were saying that he should reroll ss when he asked for help with his 50, pretty disrespectful.

It's already a 50 and i would like to see your build if you outdamage fire/em with that combo.
I'll have a look but are you deadset on using just common ios? If you were going for sets what would your budget be?

Regen will cause redraw but its still nice.
Willpower became even better in i13 thanks to the defence bonus changes and now you can cap f/c/e/n while maintaining high regen and hp.

Breakfree's aren't working anymore. There is only status resistance.

How do i add it? I currently use:
(total damage)/(arcana cast time)
where and how do i add it? Is it affected by damage buffs(fury,blinding feint etc)?
Oh and arcana cast time for those who are curious:
(ROUNDUP(cast time/0.132)+1)*0.132
Second question if achilles heel triggers do i add 20%damage to the total damage or to attacks performed after ablating?

I'm torn between random rolls since on 3 days i managed to roll 2 lotg 1 zephyr 1 res/def. So for me its either tf pool or saving merits for miracle and sell(guaranteed 60 million+).

After checking a bit and doing quick calcs for my monster slayer project all but axe and elec has sufficent st dps to pummel avs and heroes. And em is not as horrible as people think thanks to new barrage.

I broke the 360 dps barrier with stone/fire. Got up to 430 dps.
The amount of recharge and recovery needed doesn't make it feasible, yet. Was really more a test to see if hurting a gm with a melee class was possible.

The other day i did a mish where a freak saw through hide(not an ambusher), when ambushers came they were attacked by regular spawns.
