Had fun last Sunday!! Looking forward to another attempt. May bring my Sonic/Cold corruptor or my Fort depending on what the team needs. I can always bring my SS/WP Brute if you need the extra tankage too.

Hey Redside Hami raiders!!
Llewthor will be out this weekend so I will be leading your Redside Hami Raid this Saturday, June 12. (DOOM!!!) Since the PVPEC event will be starting at 9pm Eastern, we will be forming for the Villain Hami Raid a little earlier:
Teams form up: 6 pm to 6:30 pm Eastern
Hunt starts: 7 pm Eastern
Please be sure to be in the Abyss at approximately 6 pm Eastern so that we can form the teams. The Raid Team Leaders should be in the zone prior to 6 pm sending out the invites to raid teams. I’ll announce who the raid team leads are later this week. Our last Villain Hami Raid took only about an hour from spawn to completion with only 40 to 45 people, so with good numbers this weekend, it should be fairly smooth.
We will need the following:
Support: Pain Domination, Kins, Therms, etc.
Holds: Dominators (all types welcome) and Fortunatas
Melee: Brutes (with and without taunt), Night Widows, etc.
Ranged: Corruptors (all types welcome)
As usual, Pain’s are in great demand, along with Dom’s and Brutes with taunt. Masterminds are welcome, but they will be mostly used for their support secondaries. However, if you are an expert at Henchmen commands, they are more than welcome to help contribute to ranged damage on Green and Blue assault teams and eventually on Hami once all Mitos have been cleared. In addition, Bio Nukes are extremely helpful too. Please let your team leader know if you have a Bio Nuke on you at the raid.

I'd go Sonic/Thermal for easy stuff, Sonic/Cold works too but you might find it easier to start off with a thermal.
I agree with Psycho. Start with a Therm. It's easier to play for new pvp'rs (comes with a self heal). I have a sonic/cold corr which I PvP with and thoroughly enjoy. However, anything /cold will be fiercely hunted because those cold debuffs are nasty.

I believe I'm on the Yellow taunt team this time around. Which brings the question: How do you taunt a giant Mitochondria? Insult it's nucleus! "Your nucleus is so fat, that when it sits around the house, it sits AROUND the house!! Ha!!" Voila! Yellow mito has been taunted.

yes i do think we need to do another eoe hunt because i think by now everyones eoe storage in their bases are probably almost all gone. i suggest that everyone who usually supplys the eoes (which i also help with) should restock on eoes every month so we wouldnt have to worry about running out of eoes during a raid.
Llewthor was taking about doing another EoE hunt/farm. Most likely it will be a Thursday or Friday before the Redside raid. With 2 or 3 teams it only takes an hour, tops. I'm sure he will post something soon about that. -

Thanks for the great guide Silas! I love my Fort. He's more AoE, but after reading your post I may drop an AoE or two for some better ST damage and mobility.

Special thanks to you Amy for taking up the reins of leadership for the Champion community Hami raids on a regular basis for so long. It has been a pleasure to serve under such awesome leadership! You have made it so much fun and kept it fresh by trying new strategies. You are awesome!!
Also a special thanks to others like Cherry who have stepped up to help with the leadership role in the Hami's. Please do not hesitate to call on me if you need help with raid team leadership for future raids.

It's true. The whole week after I-17 dropped felt desolate without just those few high level TF's/events due to bugs (Hami, Lady Grey, Barracuda/Kahn). Which just goes to prove, WE NEED MORE END-GAME MATERIAL!!
