That makes sense. I guess I just play my villains too much like the Joker. If it were real life Recluse would have me killed or try anyway.

So what do you propose they should do about it? They are against it. They want to stop it. No one wants the spam mail.

Unless they changed it I had to see the contact to use my vet respecs. /respec didn't work the last time I did it.

I sell it if I don't currently need it.
If I need it later I will put in a lower patient bid if I feel cheap or I will use AE to get enough tickets to roll for it or buy it if uncommon or rare.
I'm not going to clog up my vault or personal inventory on the chance I will get a recipe that needs something. -

I tend to use the shields powers as a way to slot 2 Impervium Armor IOs to get the 2.5% recovery or put the status and psionic resists.
I've used Tactics and Manuevers to work in other IOs also. I tend to only use my human form to mire, eclipse and stygian circle. -

The only worse than that is misclicking on the vet powers at 12 (Sands vs Axe) or 33 (Nemesis Staff vs Blackwand).
I wish we could respec change them. -

I would say it is a bad idea because the drop rates of IOs are for the balance the devs want. Being able to pull them out of the air by paying for them would end up forcing the devs to make the game harder if many people buy them leaving people who will not or cannot afford to buy them out in the cold.
