I am just leveling up lowbies in AE to get tickets and then I roll Bronzes until I get a valuable one and I sell it for mega bucks. I turned off xp at level 10 on the first one and 15 on another and am working on my one I will freeze at 20.

I actually did it for one post, and found it was fun to type, and that people found it amusing.
Sure, some people -rep me for it (anonymously, as normal) but I find that more people get a smirk out of it then go 'OMG lrn 3 speek!!1' -

But seeing your disingenuous disavowal of the existence of the official Forum Public Opinion sickens me. It's as if scales have fallen off my eyes. I was blind, but now I see. I can have my own opinion! I don't have to blindly mouth the empty propaganda of Forum Public Opinion!
All I can say is: thank you, Bad Influence. I'm not sure I ever would have broken free of the Cartel's grip on my lemming-like forum posts if you hadn't been brave enough to speak truth to power.

This was caused by an uninitialized variable, in this case specifically it was a structure declared locally when awarding a drop table.
About four function calls deeper, something was using a member of that structure to determine if you were fighting something grey (no drop). Uninitialized variables can be anything, but often have tendency to be zero, which would not cause a problem (actually any positive value would not matter).
This bug as been in since Issue 9 and was not caused by specifically by anything related to I16 (Whenever code is changed the tendencies of uninitialized variables can change). I suspect the changes made with I16 caused drop rates to be closely scrutinized.

I always get knockback protection, preferably a level 10 Steadfast for Absorption. If I still felt like I was getting knocked around I would toss in a Karma KB Prot into Shadow Cloak.
I always add Performance Shifter +end to Nova and Dwarf as low a level as possible plus an End Mod from it to get 5% movement increase from each.
I like to toss Devastation Chance to Hold in my ranged attacks.
I've been putting in at least 2 LotG Recharges, though I could probably work in 4 easily.
I get Lockdown Chance for +2 Mag Hold for Gravity Well.
I 4 slot Impervium Armor as much as possible to get the extra endurance, recovery and Psionic defense and by using the IA: Psionic Resistance I don't let Carnies get me down.
Apart from those I look for ways to boost my health and my damage through set bonuses.
But I tend to be in the forms and pop to human to mire and gravity well and stygian circle so I focus my form attacks on actually doing damage.
Also I would add I think Ragnarok Chance for Knockdown is relatively cheap and nice for either of the Nova AoE attacks. -

To be fair. the game 'starts' at two points, level 20 and level 35. At level 35 you get your Vanguard Merits and you can participate in ITF. Those are both great zones.
Villainside, stuff starts getting fun in the mid-20s.
The author does repeat a common lament of people I introduce the game to:
"What is there to do? It's just going in doors all the time and so on. Where are the interesting wilderness quests?"
I think we could use some outdoor missions that aren't defeat X of group. -

What if the reduction was because a certain type of recipe drops were being blocked from dropping by rarity or sets vs commons?
