I think the OP just has to accept that they are not very good at PvP. Accept it and move on. We have.

Yep - the OP has to accept that we don't have a problem with stalkers. Only they and other noobs do. Maybe its a lack of imagination or common sense - who knows? But stalkers are not hard to counter.

In fact, I'd liken them to runs through the hollows. They sort the men from the noobs - which is a good thing.

Stalkers kill the noobs - so we don't have to. Three cheers for stalkers!

well i cant speak for all of us but id say so and the three of us have been established on cov for a long while now and are normaly considered fair and honest however we are not the only ones the channel is for and will very very rarely rule on anytihng at all apart from maybe act as middle man/woman and give advice where we can.

basicly our job as channel mod is to make sure the channel itself isnt abused or people within it arent abusive in anyway but we always try to help where and when we can

Because if you have a fractional bit of damage a decent stalker can probably land an AS to finish you off .

Why would anyone be running around a zone, not fully healed when there are stalkers about? Who in their right mind would?

To be honest, I don't know how anyone who has a fair bit of pvp experience (and dare I say is intelligent enough to have learned something from that experience) dies to a stalker.

Jump around all the time, if one manages to hit you, pop a bf. Because you were already jumping, they are surpressed, you ain't. Heal, turn around and beat them like a ginger step child.

I think what will happen in future is the Super Union will turn up 10 minutes before the raid is due to start, get the debuffs on the yellows and then everyone else can pile in and do what needs doing.

There are plenty of things someone solo can do to prevent TK and caging.

Bf's will counter Tk (4) and def insps will help counter caging as will any +def power.
Anyone can pick up invis which alone might do it, but that also leads to phase shift which will counter both, even if the guy does have +percep.

Of course if you have ranged attacks, you don't always need to counter tk as you can just continue to attack from distance.

This. AR is good for a pure sniper build, archery is laughable in PvP tbh.

Reading the plan I thought phase 1 was going to happen at the same time.

Phase 1 should take less than 5 mins if everyone is ready, knows where they are going and what to do. Thats what makes teamspeak so helpful.

If all the tanks and everyone else run in at one, and draw the agro, the the debuffers can pop an EoE get their debuffs on and get behind their rock in seconds.

Shame this didn't happen though.

I'll definately be there. I have tonsilitus. Even if not enough people turn up, it would be great practise getting the debuffers in place so people can see the loop hole.

Oh aye...you are right. There is dual purpose stuff out there. Forgot about the end enhancies. If it also reduces end cost AND end usage for the bot, how come no one said that? And that posi was technically wrong?
