Would you drop Combustion then? idk to me, It seems like it wouldn't do you much good & would slow you down. Seeing as you'd probably lead with Seeds then Fire Breath, followed up with RoF & Fire Ball. right? Or am I missing something

Nice, I just got mine to 43. Should be 50 by the end of the night. I was just curious on how they played out on high end content. Fire Breath+Combustion seems pretty decent so far. I'll probably go /Cold epic so I can have Hoarfrost & Sleet. Even though Fireball does sound nice. I've just come back from a long break so I'm trying to get up to speed as quickly as possible haha.

1) Is it possible to Soft cap & have a decent amount of recharge, without devouring my wallet?
2)Is it even necessary? lol. I was thinking with i19 around the corner I'd be running a lot more TFs, and being Soft Capped might help this a lot.
3)I keep hearing that a Dom isn't a good thing for running TFs with. Is this true? I figured Plant/Fire might be an exception because of the DPS, but would something else be better? -
Here's mine. A little cheaper since I don't have all those LotG, and come close to your recharge. But you capped AoE.

Mostly wanted to set bonuses from Efficacy. But yes, Rain of Fire & Fireball with Embrace of Fire. I'm excited lol.

The main reason I have to Leadership pool is because between Domination refilling my end bar, Conductive Aura, And Consume, I don't think i'll need the fitness line. I also don't particularly care for for Flares, just never really took a liking to it. I also had a slot left over in my build, placed that in Tesla Cage. Oh, and I don't really like using Cones, which is why no Fire Breath. What would you suggest slotting into Jolting Chain then? I don't have the spare slots for another set of Decimation. And I have it coming back in 3 seconds.

First off, I am aware that these 2 sets kind of clash. Being that Combustion's long DoT will mess with Static Field's Sleep. I'd mostly be using it as an Alpha soaker with this character. Figured I could use SC>Confuse>Chain Fence>RoF>Jolt>Combust>Fireball>Jolt & be pretty well off. Please correct me if I'm wrong with this thinking though. Haven't even created the dude yet haha. Trying to work out any kinks before I get started. I was surprised I came up with this kind of recharge with only 1 LotG though. Pretty sure if I could push to 120% recharge bonus if I switched a couple things out. But enough talk here's the build. Any ideas are welcomed.

Budget is maybe around 500mill on impatient buying. That amount might change if I want to strip other toons. But yea, I just figured get a decent amount of recharge & +HP and let Shadow Meld be my God mode when need be.

Yea I was thinking about the AoE damage as well. All depends on how Burst holds up with Power Siphon going.

I took Fighting because I wanted Tough as well as Weave. Only going to need to be Softcapped towards everything whenever I bite off more than I can chew & 15 seconds should be more than enough time for me to take out a couple enemies. It's like MoG without the Resistance & a shorter recharge.

Just kind of threw this together. Object was +HP & Recharge, and use Shadow Meld to Softcap whenever I got into a pinch. I know that the 1.5% HP Bonus is used 1 to many times, if you can see somewhere else that this can be improved then let me know.

I took Elec Fences on my softcapped SS/Elec. I'll let you know how that plays out once I finish it. lol

Elec/Shield Scrapper is better than an Elec/Shield Brute. Because Brutes damage modifier is so low, AAO doesn't help as much would for Scrappers. I might have used the wrong words in there, but it's something along those lines. The Brute version is still nice though.
