The way the email tab/window pops up - for me at least (it may vary with different screen resolutions?), I have to pull the thing up a good bit before the "Claim" button is pulled up & clear of the "Spam" button.

To be honest, by the time you're running on high-level teams, most people have solved their end, health and def/res issues and are pretty solid as they are. Even more so with the Alpha slots.
My typical mode of operation is to buff everyone on the team when running content lower than 45 since that's about the level you get your epic armor. For teams at 45+ I typically apply the buffs as I see needed based on teammates' status bars or if I know they are being super-sidekicked up from a lower level. If someone asks to be buffed, I'll make a concerted effort to keep them buffed throughout the mission. Seems to work okay for my FF, emp and kin 'support' toons.
Same thing with the PBAoE regen and recovery emp powers -- on higher level teams I'll just wait until the majority of the team is clumped together, get in there and fire them off. None of that gather for this, gather for that stuff'; then top off stragglers with heal other and adrenaline boost. -
Probably worth seeing the build. CJ has immob protection and less end cost. You can slot BotZ's if additional KB protection is needed.

Also consider picking Power Build Up from the Power Mastery epp. I have a FF/Elec defender and can sap very well. PBU+Short Circut does a full drain on most mobs. Short Circuit followed by a few ball lightnings slotted for endmod does it too.
Not sure if the Power Boost under Soul Mastery from Ghost Widow patron does the same thing or not. Its recharge is half that of PBU from Power Mastery and might be a better choice if it does.
This guys is a great support toon. He's capped for def, so he can follow the main tank into the middle of a spawn and keep firing off PBU, short circuit, and ball lightning. Pretty soon nothing is fighting back. -

I understand the lag issues involved in the ITF -- especially the one with Rom, Requiem, and the generals; but is there a reason I should not drop phantom army on Romulus in the final ITF battle?
We were down to just Rom and his healing Nictus. I was spamming hold and ranged hits on the nictus and dropped my PA to finish off the Nictus. As soon as I did this, a teammate yelled "NO PETS!!!". Nothing else was in aggro range.
What am I missing? Please enlighten me. -
