I would lean toward #5 as well.
I have an older Everex XT500T with dual core AMD, 4GB RAM, Vista, 17" wide screen, and an nvidia GeForce Go 7600GS and it plays CoH fine. I can comfortably run 2 instances of CoH with only a small drop in settings. 17" is nice. -

I especially like the picture in that link of squeeze bacon put on top of real bacon. -

Someone told me once that about the only thing this was good for was fighting the nictus' in the ITF. Never tried it, but i was told they are susceptible to sleeps. -
Here's my mids plan for a Fire/Inv/Pyre if it helps. I'm level 41 now and sitting with 90% capped res to S/L and 44.2% def to S/L -- just short of the soft cap. As soon as I engage a mob, I cap def with invincible. I'm at 30%+ on all my other defenses except psionic which is always something of a gap.
My big AoEs recharge in 5-7 secs each and dull pain is perma.
This lets me gather up a big group and stand there cycling AoE attacks.
About the only thing I have difficulty with are the rad debuffing meson/muon robots, so I round them up in smaller groups or pop insps.

Could be one of two things.
First could be overheating.
Second, the memory in your video card could be failing.

or... it's a glitch in the Matrix. -
I haven't messed with this IO in a long time, but it was my understanding that the bug resulted a reset of the cooldown timer each time the proc attempted to fire.
So if you fired it every 7 seconds it would go off once, but never again since the 10 second cooldown timer got restarted every 7 seconds.
I believe the intended operation is to fire the proc a maximum of once every 10 seconds.
If that's the case, as long as you slot it in a power with a recharge of 10 seconds or more, it should work as intended. -

I love the 60th month!! But the 57 suck, I have up to 20 free tailors by the time you are there lol. I barely use the tailor.

Ditto.
Too bad the 60 month only applies to the travel pools. It sure would be nice to be able to ulock the tier 3 power on all pools at level 6. Can't wait! Only 7 months to go... -

I for one welcome our Merit-sucking Overlords.
Wait, nevermind. -
So... back to soloing Posi TFs?
50 merits/3 hours = ~17 merits/hour
which is also bout the hourly rate for 25 minute KHTFs if there was no penalty for consecutive runs in a limited time frame. -
Hawt chicks in teh sexy costumes ftw! (as usual)
Congrats! -
Good guide. I'm assuming in mission #4 a 'REAL KATIE VET' will know to turn tactics off. It needs to be off to limit Katie's perception range so she won't chase after a nearby spawn.

They couldn't find it when I asked for help. I went up and down every single aisle. I finally found them near the kids toys on hangers mixed with iTunes cards (separate from the main iTunes card racks).
Thanks!
By the way, if you search the Bestbuy site for 'Incomm', the card maker, you can then search by zip code to see if they are in stock at your store.
Success!!! -
I've looked in about 4 different Targets and 3 Best Buys in the Washington DC area and had absolutely no luck finding one of these.
I'll have to check the 'small panel on the back of the aisle furthest from the door' -

Is a respec really worth $10 bucks? I know that the demand is moderate to high but taking advantage of that demand at that kind of a price seems like something the oil companies would cook up.
[/ QUOTE ]
Does a respec for a level 20 character provide the same intrinsic value as a respec for a level 50 character? Or should we be charged $0.20/level for a respec?
Heck, if you have enough cash, you can buy enough respecs to pull all your purple IOs out of your obsolete lvl 50 under this plan. -
So if respec recipes are 30mil inf, and a respec from the store is $9.99, will this affect the prices advertised by RMT spammers
OMG! The CoX market and real world market are on a collision course!
But seriously, isn't it a dangerous practice to sell items for real money that are available in game for inf? Doesn't this encourage people to (illegally) purchase inf for cash at a better exchange rate and then buy the recipes? Should respec recipe drops be stopped altogether to prevent this from happening? -
And although they only promise it until midnight central time on Sunday, it typically runs until the Monday morning maintenance.
-
I'm taking off starting on Wednesday.
That way I can do all my weekend Harry Homeowner stuff on Wednesday and Thursday so I can play non-stop from Friday through Sunday. -
The trick is getting everyone to come back at the same time. Especially if it's a PuG TF team.

Most fun thing to do with a Bubbler:
Go to the hollows to the rim of the sink hole, switch force bubble on and begin a troll and outcast launching session. Continue this session till insupressable giggling subsides.
Just make sure you do this during off hours when you least risk throwing baddies into some poor lowbies lap. They will fly for nearly a quarter mile in some cases.
[/ QUOTE ]
This is also a lot of fun to do on the rooftops of buildings.
Another fun thing to do is see how many civilians you can get to chase you. You've seen how they will run up to thank you after you arrest the person trying to snatch their purse, right? Well, if you can hover and keep arresting mobs, you will get quite a crowd of civilians all chasing after you like a wild bunch of groupies.
