    I'm too uncoordinated to take my right hand off my mouse and hit numpad keys, so I use the following bind:

    /bind lshift+lbutton powexec_name Speed Boost

    then I can click on a teammate in the team window, hold shift and click again to SB them. Just march right down the team list (skipping myself of course).

    Whatever works for you!

    I am making an assumption here based on your forum reg date, but don't forget that the 9 month vet reward gives a respec to every character on your account. Check the veteran badges and see if you have earned the 'Dependable' badge. There should be a button beside it to claim the respec.

    Any benefit to trying to work in Aid Self on a capped defense build? I know my self heal comes in handy on mu SS/FA brute.

    Here's a SS/SD brute with capped defenses and aid self. Powers are in no particular order. I was just seeing if it was possible.

    When you say 'fastest' to you mean fastest at clearing a given map as a lvl 50, or fastest leveling up from 1 to 50?

    Fire/Kin seemed to be painfully slow leveling up until you get your imps at lvl 32. Charring mobs to death is painfully slow.

    Where it does come in handy is for checking your relative position to a known object such as a plaque or badge. Lot's of sites list these items with their map coordinates.

    So if you're after one you can /loc yourself and see whether you need to move N, S, E, W, up, down. To get my bearings, I usually have to set my nav pointer in one direction such as N, move a few feet and see which way the /loc numbers changed.

    I know the OP specifically asked about Weave and CJ, but I'm guessing the stacking question indicates an effort to reach the +def soft cap.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Stealth's +def drops by half when suppressed. So if you are counting on the stacked +def from Stealth to get to the soft cap, keep in mind that some of that +def goes away as soon as you engage a mob.

    The forums are different and people tend to resist change, but I think it will be fine after folks get used to it.

    I ran into the same initial issues..
    1) Login using game acct and password -- by the way I think this is a bad idea. It's much easier for game accounts to get hijacked with browser malware this way.
    2) Clicking on 'English' to get the subforum view was not intuitive. I only figured this out when I followerd the links for forgotten/reset password and it took me to my game account credentials.
    3) Dev forums HTML for table display seems borked

    4) Lastly - didn't see this anywhere, but is there a way to limit the new posts results to only display your own language subforums? While it's nice to know our french and german friends are posting, I'm not fluent in these other languages and too lazy to use a web translator.

    PS - and thanks for making sure Unique_Dragon's post made it over

    Typically the first thing I do when I log in is check the new posts and the dev digest -- both of these are slightly messed up for me based on the above.

    I saw a 16" Acer laptop with a nVidia 9600GS for around $700 on the egg. I think something like that should run the game okay and not destroy your budget.

    I use an Everex XT5000T (17" with 7600GS) that I bought several years ago for about $600 and it plays pretty well. Unfortunately these aren't sold any longer.

    Haven't played much redside and didn't find any info searching the forum posts over the past 6 months...

    Blueside it's not uncommon to hear of people soloing the Posi TF -- mainly because there is no AV at the end.

    Is there a comparable redside SF that is able to be completed solo? If not solo, then what is considered the easiest SF?

    I had a pair of toons I was testing arena drops in which it was a slow (5+ min) kill rate.
    But you're saying I cannot even attack the toon until the 5 min rep timer resets?
    I failed to recieve a PvP IO using the slow kill method -- maybe that explains it.

    So what were the big market winners last time around during and immediately following the last double XP weekend?

    Presumably you end up with people sitting on high level toons and lots of inf. (Kind of like AE)

    I recall making some good inf off level 50 acc, dmg, and recharge IOs.

    Have truly ebil ones already started stockpiling items to unload at the tail end of the weekend?
