So, I'm on my grav/storm controller. I had just finished helping out a friend with her Tsoo in Steel and I'm standing around in Icon with my sing hanging around nearby. My friend ALSO has a sing out. Just as I exit Icon, I get "turn off yr pet". I reply back, "Umm.. how about no?" just cause I was feeling snarky. He says "It's distracting for people who are trying to concentrate." Mmmkay. Then he says "It doesn't matter, you left anyway."

So I walk back in there, naturally, to see where this guy was. He was at the BACK of Icon, standing right next to my friend and her sing.

So, I send a tell. "How come you're sending me a tell when <friend name> is standing right next to you with her singularity out?"

"I didn't see her."

"Well perhaps next time you could actually have a look around and make sure the person you think is bothering you is really the right one."

Then I put him on /ignore

He then sends a tell to my friend, "I see what your game is." She, of course, is completely taken aback, as he then proceeds to tell her that she's harassing him because her sing was out, and that he was going to get her banned for harassment.

Naturally that didn't happen. I just wish I'd remembered to put a note on him.

Now, I know that not all desks are created equal when it comes to height, has anyone taken the time to sort them out, by chance?

It's not the actual shelling out of the $700 plane ticket and whatever that bothers me. It's the fact that, invariably, people who do NOT actually PLAY CoH will get these passes, and proceed to put them up on E-bay to take advantage of the people who COULDN'T make it there.

Because NCsoft customers pay a monthly fee for access to COX badges, costumes, and temp-powers. If this was a T-Shirt of the Month club, then customers may be upset at being excluded from an available T-Shirt.

They are paying 15 dollars to play the game. That doesen't, however, mean that they will have access to anything and everything.

Just found this story, and I think it's fanastic. I also agree that it should be made canon.

Impossible, the best you can do is co-op and PVP zones. Pocket D is a good place to hang out, depending on server.

Very common question, and the answer is yes.

I bet plenty of those passes given to non-subscribers show up on ebay.

I wish I still lived in San Diego though, I never did get to go to one of these while I was there. Oh well. Dragoncon, FX and Megacon will just have to make up for it!
