If thats not a perfect example of someone who isn't willing to learn, then strap a crayon to my head, dress me in drag and call me Rayne's thrustpuppet.

I think I love you. -
<QR> I feel they should have packaged the Architect Edition better. It doesn't mention the regular game at all. I'd bet that there's a portion of people trying the game out who don't even KNOW there's more to it than AE, simply because it's not on the box.
-
I think that makes it five mentions to summon the Pantsless One? If you count quotes.
-
So if you find one, OP, make sure you edit the wiki if it's not updated!

It's not yet -
It's kind of the same thing with Troy Hickman, too.

You've got to be careful what types of missions you're reporting. A standard farm - just a mission with lots of relatively soft mobs to defeat - may not be liked by the devs, but it is legit. The ones that violate the rules are ones such as the recent bubble farms.
[/ QUOTE ]Actually, any mission built to be farmed is against the rules.
[/ QUOTE ]
Can you link me where it says that?

Q) You say not to use the word Farm in the mission or description. Is that how you are blanket banning things?
A) We do not do blanket banning based on keywords or phrases. When customer service bans an arc, they are looking at the arc in question when they do it. I ask you not to use certain words in your title or description because players can still complaint-ban your arc, and then there is the fact that we are only human, and even if your farm arc is a complete joke/parody ABOUT farm arcs, someone might mistake it for a real farm and ban it, causing both you and us a headache in getting the arc unbanned.

That doesn't say that 'any mission built to be farmed is against the rules.' I'd like a list of the rules for AE, please. -

No, those are the pre-order sprints. Prestige Power Slide isn't on that list.

Keep an eye on your challenge rating.. I went back on a hero to get the isolator badge and forgot to set my rating back to 1.. Yeah, 2 powers against hordes of infected was NOT fun

If you want a quick way to build up debt, go to Monster Island in PI and let one of the DE monsters take you out repeatedly. You earn more debt by dieing outside than in a mission. Also if you do it before you hit 50, patrol xp will wipe out the debt while counting toward the badge.
[/ QUOTE ]
There's no more Patrol at 50, then? Hmm...I might try going on periodic suicide runs at 49. Of course, I intend to make the final push to 50 on the upcoming 2XP weekend, so I may just do it the hard way.
In fact, I think I will do it the hard way. It will give me more to do in the endgame.
Well, thanks for clearing that up folks.
[/ QUOTE ]
Just to reiterate, there IS patrol XP at 50. There is also a debt cap so there is only a certain amount of times you can die before you stop accruing debt.
[/ QUOTE ]
What do you mean there is patrol XP at 50?
Do you mean leftover from before 50? Yes but once used up to payoff debt it is gone.
Earned new when you logout? I haven't seen any on my 50s.
[/ QUOTE ]
Yes, there is patrol XP on 50, how else could a level 50 get the badge.
[/ QUOTE ]
Which badge? The one that specifically states how a 50 earns it differently? Patroller
If so, I suggest you have your facts straight before stating things as facts. In game the badge's progress bar itself states the level 50 exception as listed on Paragonwiki.
[/ QUOTE ] I agree that most of my 50s don't have any Patrol XP when they log in, however, there have been exceptions:
A few days ago, my lvl 50 Corruptor logged in and immediately received a debt badge, and the xp bar showed some remaining Patrol XP. This character has been lvl 50 since before Patrol XP even existed, and I use it often, so it's not left over from anything either.
It doesn't seem indended to me, and I can't seem to purposely reproduce it.
[/ QUOTE ]
It could be something like that. I only have 3 50s so it's not like this happened on tons of characters. Not like it's hurting anything -

Hmm. My 50s must be bugged then, because they have Patroller XP on them right now, and I know I've played (and died) them plenty to get rid of it. -

I think Red side has some content that doesn't always open up that way, but I don't do much redside playing so I don't know that for sure.

Woot, ok, thanks for the tips everyone, I'll make the rounds again looking for the COV CE...

I lucked out and found that sitting on a shelf in circuit city when they were going out of business. Was a nice surprise to find without even looking.
[/ QUOTE ]
I did the same thing, except the box was still priced at 70 bucks. It's no wonder they went out of business!
[/ QUOTE ]
That had nothing to do with why they went out of business. The first thing a liquidation company does when they take over the store closing is set -All- prices to full retail. Even the items that are selling for $10 before the closing sale starts. People think that they are getting a deal, so they are willing to buy that "20% off" item that was just marked up 40% two days earlier. Unless you are shopping in the final weeks, you are overpaying for everything.
[/ QUOTE ]
It was the original price tag on a faded box. Heh. -
<QR, contains Generic You>
The great thing about text is that you can pretend to be polite even when you are really rolling your eyes and muttering disparaging things about people. Pretending to be polite doesn't hurt anyone, and only takes a moment.
"Sorry, gotta go" takes less than a second to type, usually. It works even when you don't mean it. You don't have to explain anything, and you certainly don't OWE anyone an explanation.
I honestly can't think of a time I've blind quit a team, even when it's been a horrible one. -
