Yes, you can. You get 6 free transfers per week. You could transfer the same character to 3 different servers and back, 6 characters to the same server, etc. You can do it this week, next week, the last week, it doesn't matter.

Pacts DO NOT remain intact. -
It's a two-step process. First, you have to enable it in options, then you can click on team, then at the top of the team window will be "pets" that you click on.

Oh, and talking to ten people on Freedom doesn't even begin to be a good sampling for a survey involving bases. Go talk to a thousand people on EACH SERVER, and then get back to us. -
AFAIK, the only way to view the binds on a certain character is to actually save a bind file and go look at it in a text editor. /savebindfile <path>charactername.txt is what I usually use for something like this to keep from accidentally overwriting my default bind file.

Even with spaces, quotes aren't required. You can type in /bind F6 PowExecName Prestige Power Slide and it will work perfectly without adding quotes around it. Quotes are required for multiple commands separated by double dollar signs ($$), though.
