I randomly change the theme every couple months for both my VG and my SG. I think the VG right now is on Mario enemies - Koopa Troopa, Bowser, Bob-Omb, etc. and the SG is on birds - Eagle, Falcon, Kestrel, Merlin, etc.

I used High Logic Font Creator. The free trial runs as if you've got the Professional Edition, lasting for 30 days. The program is a bit expensive to buy, but if you just want to make one or two fonts, the free trial works great.

This is what lost me as well.
Why on earth would you possibly care about how much prestige your SG has vs. another? There is certainly no in-game reason, much less a benefit.
The only reasons are greed and vanity from what I can see; I certainly do not want any game mechanic to be changed for those reasons. -

What do you mean by "satisfactory leveling speed"?
I solo pretty much all my chars and I can get a level a night on some of them just doing paper missions, at heroic. -

Yes. I used that example to illustrate how ludicrous the cost of a cash respec is compared to the value of a respec recipe in in-game currency. I'd never actually buy infamy myself, but then again I'd delete my badge toon before I paid cash to respec.
Someone who's desperate enough to spend cash on a respec could easily see a 3rd party site as a better deal, and that's a problem. The cost of a cash respec is so high it's a punishment compared to the market price, and the goods provided cost nothing.
2) Paying 200 million for a respec recipe is so high it's a punishment compared to the cash price, which is the cost of a couple of 6 packs of beer (or soda, if you're underage), something that can easily be put aside.
3) Some people enjoy buying extras because the money goes straight back into development. I'd rather pay 10 bucks for a respec than 200 million, mainly because with the 10 bucks, I KNOW who my money is going to. -

Let's assume both accounts are under the same master account - What is wrong with transferring one character from one account to another, when the master account would still be the same? -
Drea gave you a newspaper, that is your new contact. Do newspaper missions until you get a bank mission, do the bank mission (or accept it and fail it on purpose) and you will be introduced to a new contact. Wash, rinse, repeat.

I'd say no, because stuff will spawn after a map is all revealed anyway. But, you'll just have to wait for someone to use it and report back.
