Glad you feel that way.
Bagonderry w/ t3h XTRA kolor!
Colored once again by my friend Ishy. -
ROTFL! That proves that greasy foods are bad for you. Let this be a lesson you all! *wags finger menacingly*
-
Three things. One, Dynamo-man's thumb is pretty small. Smaller than it should be if he's got those big manly hands. Two, the D on his chest could be textured to it a little better. It's shifted off to the right side, as the middle of the hole should be where the split in the pects are. Third, Dynamo-Kid's fist is pretty tweaked out, because it's pointing upwards. In that position, it's more comfortable and natural to have your hand vertically with the fingers pointed inwards. Like you were holding a broom, not like holding a dumbbell.
Other than that, it seems great. Your abilty to do muscles really makes me jealous. You could do a much better job of drawing Pep than I ever could. -
A friend of mine added color to the Halley's Comet vs. Melanie sketch. I liked to outcome and she was interested in showing it to Arch, so I'm posting it for her here.
Halley vs Mel in color! -
LOL, that's great Pep! The entire scene is entirely too amusing and I'm starting to get cramps in my cheeks from smiling too much. The amount of detail in here is really quite impressive! From the lace gromets on her boots to the way you gave her hair a curly wave to it, I'm pretty impressed with the effort put into it. Thanks a lot Pep, I really do appreciate every piece of art I get and this is no exception. Each time someone does a render of your character, they become just a little more "real." It's pretty addicting.
You caught her personality pretty well too. Of course, this is a good day. On a normal day, there'd be nothing left except maybe some greasy shoes and regret. >:3 -

Soooooo... can i color it? :P

Yes. You can color it. I'm just lazy and have new eyeglasses, so I can see worth a damn. *getting seasick from sitting down*
Yay for vision! It's better than blindness! ...sorta. -

I see a Mini Plas, Mini Star Flash, Mini Magpie Mouse, Mini Wulfen and Mini Kid Valor
[/ QUOTE ]
It's really pleasing that you can tell who they are. They're just tiny little things, but I tried to have each one with just enough recognizable parts to be indentified with. The very last one is Capt Valor. I decided the two 'Valors' should go together. If this were in color, you'd probably be able to tell them apart much better, but that would mean I'd have to work and that's just not acceptable. :3 -

And she's actually wearing britches! Of all the people I thought would draw Rowr with an item of clothing I would've never guessed it would be you!
[/ QUOTE ]
Actaully, that's because I know the art of the burlesque. It's not always sexy to have someone be naked. It's generally more so, if the person is clothed and hinting at being undressed. Besides, I figured that Rowr doesn't run around all day with no clothes on. As anyone else, she'd wear what's appropriate when the time comes. In bed, I assume she'd want to be comfy, and damn are those underwire bras horribly uncomfortable.
It's kinda a shame that the angle is wrong for it, but I would have loved to do the backside shot. I enjoy making clothing accomodate anthro features. Pants don't just magically get tail holes and shirts don't mystically allow wings through. They have to be tailored to allow such and it's always fun to draw that. -
This one took a while because I needed to get references of the characters in it. I'm a perfectionist and I couldn't just make them up. If I couldn't get the references of these characters, I would have been forced to replace them with the signature characters. And who in their right mind wants to hug Statesman?
Rowr's bedtime
Rowr, stop having so many stripes! -

As good as it is, you did it too fast!! Damn you! *shakes fist*

I do drawings while I watch TV. In between watching sweaty muscled guys rub all over each other I can usually get at least one half finished drawing out. Then I finish it up while being entertained by the red headed giant of late night comedy himself.
And the shoes? I googled some sneakers and used them as reference. It's way easy to do that with easy access to the net. -
It's just a quick drawing, but here we go. Muscle girls are always fun to draw, since you have to be careful that they don't turn into masculine over-femmes in the process.

I'm strange in that I enjoy being used and abus... oh wait. *sheepishly looks around*
I enjoy it when people do things with my art. I love it when people re-post it, or do projects based off of it, or anything else you can imagine. Art is meant to be shared and doing so makes the world a better place. If I wanted to control my art in any way whatsoever I wouldn't *ever* post it online. It's completely out of my control as soon as it hits the net and I know better than to think anything else.
Of course, I'd like to get credit where credit is due, but nothing more than that is neccessary. Besides, from the sounds of it, it's all the same artist's works, so in essence there's no extra offending work being inserted into it. I for one, love the step-by-step process animations and would love it if someone did that with my art. -

Suichiro you guessed it correctly you win an all expense trip Dragonberrys cave where she hoardes her treasure which consits of stuffed animals , yaoi magna and pixie sticks you may take as much as you can carry
[/ QUOTE ]
Takes *all* of DB's yaoi manga so she has none left. >:3 -
It's more likely Kagura or Tomo from Azumanga Daioh as a Jack-O-Lantern, but it's close enough to DB that it may as well be the same.

I think that having both his fire powers and his energy blast powers in a single scene is confusing. It'd look a lot cleaner and possibly more impactful if you chose one or the other to focus one. I know it's nice to see all parts of the character in a pic, but most times there's simply no room for it unless you're extremely creative and talented with layouts. I, for one, am not. Since his Energy blast is his primary, I'd probably stick with that.
I love that he's getting blasted out of his socks quite literally. :3 -
There's no way I can describe most of these, so just take them and surf. They're all great artists. A variety of styles, but they're all good and everyone of them stood out enough for me to be interested in bookmarking them for later viewing.

I think he head and neck are fine really. It's the style you draw in, more than it's any actual error on your part. I've been drawing long enough to be able to tell the difference in choice and accident most times.
-
Very nice there DB. The lines are clean and the flow of the piece works well. And any art of good ole States being given the dentist express is always great. :3
I think the piece might work better if you shift Black's shoulders the opposite way. Left and right shoulders, swtiched in hieght. That'll put more downward force into the punch and make for more circular energy. As is stands, it seems like there's very little power in the punch, judging from his body position. No followthrough, so to speak.
I love the way States is worked into the border. I think that's awesome and should be left that way. It makes for a good balance to the parts on the right and it's not too obstructive. Your anatomy is looking great. One of the things that always impresses me is that you can so easily mix the simplistic cartoony style with more realistic muscle structure and fullness. -

Oh.. by the way. Congrats on passing the bar! Not only do you rock the forums with your powered pufftastical pieces, but you rock the book of law like it was a sweet sweet custom, left handed, Rickenbacker. Maim it gently on those wailing solos of justice!
-
I used mass confusion on the forums and made everyone think I'm an artist. At the same time, I made them all think they're conversing over this silly thing I made up called the "Internet." Hah!
Computers that talk to each other! What'll I think of next? -
We both have things we can work on as artists. All people do. Regardless of how good you might get, there's always room for improvement and I'm smart enough to understand that I can improve a lot. Some of my pieces really are crappy. :\ But others are great and I have to try to learn what I did right and what I did wrong. That's how we grow as artists. Those of us who are better at putting that into words can help other artists out who are trying to learn too.
You're a great artist. I know a few things here and there that might help you, as I know they help me. Hopefully, you can take the positive and become a fabulous creator, the one that everyone knows is already inside of you.
Now stop kicking me, or else I'm gonna feed your leg to Knuckleodeon. :3
