  1. That'd be redundant.

"Point being?" - "And?" - "Thank you, I was beginning to think I was going to grow scales."

i wonder if he knows [censored] can refer to [censored] sapiens as well..hmmm
    *glomps psi*

    [/ QUOTE ]

Probably not but it wouldn't matter. It's often used in a derogatory manner anyways. You don't call a Homosapien by that, I don't anyways, because of the chances of people getting confused. The chances of a person interpreting something completely different when you shorten like that, is way too common. With todays society it implies something different.

However, based on his attitude in the chat... no he probably wasn't a rocket scientist per se.

I have to admit though the idea of being just as effective in range as you are melee and having a heal support; is pretty nifty.

I don't think Playskool's position is quite fair because I'm reasonably sure no people get murdered because they like Orange Soda.

I'd believe it. Here in LA they shoot you just for lookin at them funny. Imagine if you cross someone who really loved their grape drink.

    It's kinda silly.

It's like kicking someone because of their religious beliefs, political ideals, or favorite color.

Me honestly, I don't judge unless you're trying to be a [censored]. Found plenty on Pinnacle, two of which occured on the same day about three days after CoV. Long story short they kicked me (lvl 33 doing 38 missions where I asked for an SK to be of us and they openly said, "nah you'll get better XP") for seemingly doing nothing according to another player who happened to be in their SG (it was an SG team mind you) and so the [censored] got the star and kicked me. When yet their own teammate was AFK half the time and always hanging back.

    Indeed, stupidity can be contagious.

    Indeed.

CoX, I run 2 bars myself with only two slots open and a third bar about four slots in.
  8. That fight between Snake Eyes and what's his face will be sex-tastic.
  9. T1 had heart in it? Pssh just because of the romance seen, otherwise it was a terror thriller
  10. Oh yes and TF2's forums are abuzz with plenty of controversy as to what Valve did on the Sniper - Spy Update >_<
  11. I haven't graduated college yet, still working at it. Meh they can send my rewards through the mail.

Does it hurt when straightened or bent Stryph? Also take ibuprofen to decrease any inflammation in the knee itself. Ice it, elevate and rest.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Nah it doesn't hurt. It's just noticeable. Feels tight, that if I do bend or straiten to much something will pop out. I do need to find some ibprofine but not sure if I have any and there's no swelling noticeable.

I do agree that waving a red flag now is a bit stretching it. I understand people are skeptical but ya know, how many do you think said they hated WoW? I've had plenty of friends say, "I never thought I would do this..." and do just that. So it's possible it could still get you addicted.

STRYPH!!! Do anything fun for the b-day?

    [/ QUOTE ]

Nope, it was pretty eventful. Had hotdogs, was out of buns so had to use bread. Cut the things in half and put mayo-mustard (dejon to be precise) and pigged out. Otherwise meh, still waiting for a couple thousand dollars to be mailed to me by an anonymous person

Yup, the ability to switch out is nice but you're still limited. Unless if you wish to sacrifice one slot for your travel power.

That's the thing though! DCUO, according to a XPLAY review on it, seems to be aiming for a more traditional style action RPG. Directional keys playing an important role. If I were to do a real time MMO, that's exactly what I would envision. For the most part DCUO seems even more limited (as in the video the character was pretty much stuck with a staff) but the directional keys making events varied can make all the difference.

Looks awesome to me! Champion's graphcis seem perfectly designed for handling the primary colours and clean lines of iron-man-style super-armour. Its actually the more everyday sort of customes (such as yours truly tends to prefer) that Im worried about. The woman in the the Sorcery trailer looked so badly purportioned it was like a child's drawing.

All in all, though, it is a reasonably good-looking game. It is NOT photorealistic as CoH is, and its not meant to be.

    [/ QUOTE ]

True I don't comment on graphics but more so critique gameplay. Games like Okami and Windwaker are perfect examples of games not on the level of Crysis yet still fun and enjoyable to play. That's typically why I do not get into arguments about it. So far the customization looks as though loads less constricting than CoX is now.

But again when it comes down to gameplay, I dislike how the 360 was in mind. I favor the 360 over the PS3 but I still think a console is too limiting and that's what looks to be the real road bump. Then again maybe I'm just content with CoX's animation, recharge, activation, etc times.

Guess it's all what people prefer. Some don't care much for graphics if the gameplay is fun. Frankly it's the push to console that I really dislike about that game.
  22. I'm not sure what I did to my leg. It's not horribly painful like they say tearing a tendon or cartilage, but it does have a stiff feeling and the muscles in my thigh sure do crap up after a few hours of walking.
