  1. I went into Best Buy couple months back and they didn't have any on the shelves like WoW. Gamestop didn't have them either. According to the manager they were saying that NCSoft was stopping large manufacturing of the time-cards because I guess they aren't making enough money. But Best Buy ended up getting some $10 orders for one of their small spots just before the cashiers.
  2. He could be anyone of us! I know this turd, he's here somewhere. -looks around suspisciously whispering into the mic secured on the right side of his chest. Finds a ally tank and radios in- Calling in for a raindance on the killbox, assault my target and leave nothin left. Over.

    -slowly walks away-

    ((haha I love [Prototype]))
  3. Guess more dads leave when they have daughters since there's no one to carry their surnames and seeds.

What's the issue? Getting new internet or having connection problems?

    PvP ALERT!!!!!

But of course, most real PvP guilds play real PvP games where there is something meaningful (in an in-game sense; not necesarilly in a broader real-life sense) to be won and lost through PvP.

    [/ QUOTE ]

    Agreed.

It's just my judgment call. Frequency counts, not skill. I hadn't seen them at all in the PvP zones, so after reading what they did, I guessed that they were PvEers just zerging for amusement.

    [/ QUOTE ]

I disagree but that's because I can play TF2 with folks who take months for breaks and come back pwning away like nobody's business. Skill > Frequency IMO. Though at the same time, skill can be irrelevant to a game that's PVP is imbalanced anyways. Now while CoX has the concept down, we know you can't just go out there do anything you want because you're 'usually' good at it otherwise.

EDIT: Crap didn't mean to double post. I tried to edit the top one and miss clicked >_<

    Magic Origin

    [ QUOTE ]
It's funny cause Ferret was my first magic origin character. Usually it was mutant for my characters.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Mine was magic actually despite being mostly tech based on Stryph when I was on pinnicle. The concept was that he was killed and then resurrected, the suit kept him mostly A-O-kay.

That's exactly what I used to do as well. Alt Tab and search youtube.

    Bio theme songs

Somesongs convey a character quite well. Like for my Agent Wolf (AKA Saber Wolf ingame) it's The Hate In Me by Godhead. Because it's fitting for explaining his character and personality.

I tend to brows bios at random as I like seeing other's creations especially if the concept of the character is interesting.

I do all the time if it is listed and sounds interesting. I use plenty myself in every character I play.
  15. Nah I'm no where to being a gramm[u]e[u]r pro so I feel no need. The only time I've ever edited a wiki was yesterday (albeit, SW:TOR's wiki site) when someone's format was messed up causing everything to be bolded, bloated, etc.

Otherwise I try to stay out of editing other peoples work because I would like the same courteously.

Hm. Microtransactions would be kinda interesting.

    [/ QUOTE ]

I do believe they said that it would, essentially, be designed on the premise of Free to Play with Microtransactions being their desired income beyond profit per retail purchase. But whether or not they're sticking to it, nobody knows. This game to say the least wont hit shelves until at least next Spring.

I'm still iffy on the microtransactions. Yes this is perfect to combat gold farmers, take the average amount of gold (currency, which for this game is simply Credits) sold online and then cutting the cost in half so that customers get, essentially, more than what they pay for.

but to what extent can we purchase via microtransactions. Will there be time limits (IE: buying some uber stat lightsaber than only lasts seven days unless renewed)? There's really not enough info and wont be for some time before getting a proper understanding.
  17. Like box castles? Those are fun. Water balloon canons for the towers!
  18. Yup gotta becareful, this was CG to the core and mind you... Lineage 2 had some perfectly good CG vids as well and yet the game feels nor looks anything like it. So handle with extreme skepticism. I'm excited and yet wasn't for SWG but I'm still weary especially after the flop that was TR.
  19. It's Tuesday? Ohhhh GAWD -runs around in circles screaming-
  20. I'm a dog person but ok, I'll be over in a jiffy. Don't worry about pizza. I'll bring my own.
