I didn't notice much difference in Arena PvP with an IO build, but in Zones where Breakfrees are rare, Aegis Status Protection really makes a difference

I just need to get my sonic IO'd now.

I've not seen anyone being really abusive recently. Did have an amusing battle in Siren's the other week though. My band of merry heroes (two SG mates) and I attacked a villain about to have a dual. I think he called some friends as the amount of villains increased lol.

I hope people are sending /bugs when they encounter a map where oil slick definatly won't light. I'm glad to see they fixed oil slick in Warburg.

Oil Slick is very useful. Even when not lit. I like putting it down between an incoming ambush and the team. They all get to the edge and fall over

Flash Arrow and Smoke have one major downside. If nothing grabs the aggro once a group has been flashed and attacked, you are the first person they are going to attack. Which usually ends with you face down.

I think alot of people will be doing this. I'll be doing it with my SG too.

I don't mind, I won't be rabidly farming missions or TFs.

Most of the people that frequently PvP in Siren's don't have test afaik.

Siren's Call is usually best for this. Its been done a few times before, once by Bridger and Rockjaw and a few more by forum members. Post it in the relevant server forums with a date and time. Then email Bridger so he can make a news item. Have it in a couple of weeks so it gives people time to see it and let word spread.

Sonic Primary buffs team resistance and also has some enemy debuffs, Sonic Secondary mainly debuffs enemy resistance.

High resistance means you won't take much damage and sonics are good for helping Fire/* and Inv/* tanks hit the resistance cap.

There aren't many sonics about, I have a level 50 on Union, give me a shout if you want to team some time.

I skipped aim until level 49. I also have tactics and assault and with Archery being accurate anyway i don't think aim is necessary.

I'd enter but I prefer teams. I'll be watching though

Was a good turn out.

I took Stamina as I found myself running out of end in long fights (with Tactics and Assault running). Also when you use EMP arrow it stops your endurance recovery for a short while, so you can find your self running out. Stamina helps get it back quick.

I'll be there on time with Phantoms Anyone turning up late for I9 Hamidon probably won't have much chance of beating him. The first instance will be full of dedicated raiders, the second will be the late comers and leechers

I prefer entangling arrow. I use it with glue to keep mobs in the AoE debuffs. I used to have Flash and found that people thought i was attacking when i used it and one or two charged in too their deaths lol...

Unfortunatly with subs if you find out who you are fighting you can use the two players who are using characters that have the advantage. Its less about pot luck and skill and more tactical. Not everyone will have the choice of who they can use. Then it comes down to which day to play and neither team wants to field their weaker duo.

An Empath and Blaster duo will probably get used alot more than anything else. The other two players will just be along so the empath and blaster can enter. All 4 players get the titles and prizes and 2 might not do anything.

i really dont think, even if its a consistent 4 man team that all 4 will get the rewards. its a 2 man sign up with any 2 being subs to help. most teams will at least try to use different subs, altho im guessing nobody who enters (because they want to win) will be willing to sub regularly when they can just enter as a 2 man team themselves

Are there any rules about entering two teams? 4 same players, 8 different characters. Then when they come to fight each other in the final, they all win anyway as they are all on both teams.
