There is /assist_name [name] that changes your target to the named character's target by the documentation. I've never played with this command to see if it actually changes your target to that character so you can buff them, etc.

http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Target_Custom should get you started on the right road.

Quote:Unearthly feat of accomplishment there! I'm definitely downloading this to save on my HD to share with others.I'm always in virtue and spying players and taking screenies! I might visit other servers to take pics for the ROGUE SIGHTINGS page!
Double-Surprise!! My crab, Operative Lobo, was one of the ROGUE Sightings!! :) -
Rikti ship raid on Victory Sunday night at 8 pm Eastern.
Lag so bad, I looked forward to doing a BAF trial afterwards.
I was alone on a sector of the ship, no buffs being sent, combat attributes UI turned off and was still >3fps.
If devs are watching this thread, pull up the logs of RWZ on Victory from 8-9 pm eastern on Sunday 5-1-11. I hope you'll be able to pull some information from it that will allow a solution. -
I've been running BAFs and Lambdas on multiple characters today both before (late night Monday/early Tuesday morning) and after the patch on Victory and Virtue.
BAF is now significantly rife with lag than prior to patch and Lambda has some lag issues as well that didn't seem to be as noticeable as before.
The difference is not trivial.
I'm hearing multiple comments in chat channels where players don't want to run the BAF because of the lag. -

I fixed some formatting issues related to the forum migration a few years ago and added some minor changes to:
Slash Commands, Binds and Macros, Oh My! -
I went through the posts and fixed some symbols that were borked by the forum migration a few years ago. I also changed some formatting to bold and put in italics some text for better readability.
I also added a few binds and changes that I'm using in the current release of the game, such as mastermind summoning files and inspiration combination commands. -
Quote:/bind numpad0 "emote <color yellow><bgcolor black>text.$$cce 1 cclightning"Hello I was wondering if I could get some help with this bind. I am trying to put colored text to a change costume bind. I got the text no problem, but I can't seem to figure out how to add the color as this is getting a bit complex to me.
/bind numpad0 "emote text.$$cce 1 cclightning"
I am looking for Yellow text with a black background.
Thanks
That would be the format to use. However, I'm not sure if the chat modifiers work with the emote command (no funky colored thought-bubbles).
/bind numpad0 "say <color yellow><bgcolor black>text.$$cce 1 cclightning"
The above should work and put [text] in whatever channel is currently the default. Say could be exchanged for local, broadcast or arena if you always wanted to say something in a certain channel.
The forum migration a few years ago messed up the formating some of this guide. I'll try and get back into the posts and correct the symbols that were eaten by the current forum software. -
Hi I'm @Cannonfodder and I'll be up for bid tonight.
I've been playing CoH since early beta. I'll be happy to help you in any way I can. Victory server is all heroes (and one Vigilante) for me. I can do badge tours, run tfs, run Mothership raids, help with base building, help with slotting and builds, offer advice on community interaction, fight gladiators, talk about anything related to CoH you want to talk about or follow you around doing your bidding.
I'm knowledgeable, if not an expert, on almost every area of CoH and I can be yours for 4 hours.
All you have to is be the highest bidder on my shiny *** tonight! -
I haven't gotten any TA/A up to any decent level yet.
The next time they let us create level 41 characters in a beta or on Test I'll make one and trick them out. -
Interesting run, very instructive.
Another group from Victory attempted it after us and succeeded in about 15 minutes.
Thanks to all who came out. Apologies to all who wanted to join, but we didn't have room for. -
Meet in Pocket D starting at 9 pm Eastern.
Levels 35-50, prefer 50.
Need two more team leaders to step forward and join my SG to help lead. -
What are the file names of the inherent origin 'temp' powers and Ninja Run?
-
Purple background, six pointed star icon. Different buffs have different looks, generally gray with a hint of color reflecting type of buff (heal = green, def = purple, acc = yellow, etc.)
-
Quote:I liked the new perma-temps look.
Origin-based level 1 "perma-temps" colors changed to inherent color scheme. - Ninja Run, Shadowy Presence given my "amber icon" treatment
- New icon for Piercing Rounds
- New icon for Carrion Creepers
- Dual Pistols ammo powers given more distinct inner symbols
- Some icons I missed when normalizing slows fixed this time
- Some custom icons from previous versions improved.
- Walk icon improved
- Knockback powers given consistency pass; powers that will cause only knockdown against even-con enemies with no knockback resistance or weakness at level 50 now have the knockdown symbol instead of the knockback symbol.
- New icon for Air Superiority
I like the change for Ninja Run. I got used to it being the high jump symbol, but the sprint symbol (run and jump increase) is more accurate.
I'm not liking the new tray icon for Mystic Fortune, nor the new icons that show up for it's results.
Please bring back the "amber icons" for Mystic Fortune!!!
Walk is still funny looking, but yours in no worse than the default.
Thank you for updating! -

Quote:Think about changing Aim's set from GSFC to Adjusted Targeting. You can keep the same to hit buff and increase the recharge speed or lessen the to hit buff slightly and increase the recharge even slightly more. It also gives you another 2% damage buff (taking you to 12.5% for the build).Level 47: Aim -- GSFC-ToHit/Rchg/EndRdx(A), GSFC-Rchg/EndRdx(48), GSFC-ToHit/Rchg(50)
------------
Level 1: Sprint -- Empty(A)
Also consider plopping a +Stealth proc into Sprint if you can pick one up. It won't help with defense, but it can help with some of the foes with higher perception. The other option for sprint is a Microfilament which will help with end cost and increase both run speed and jumping.
My other thought is that with the ability to do criticals from Mask Presence, why don't you try to work in at least one of the melee attacks? Follow-Up, Spin or Lunge would be three good options to consider (to-hit/damage buff, pbaoe damage, high single target damage). -
I use the feed daily. I bow down to your "mac-dady skilz with boxes that run on p0wr" original poster. ;) Please update! :)

Quote:I'd tell your code slave Beef Cake to go back and double-check that everything is in there. ;)Hm, can you check if IceBlast_FrostBreath.texture exists in your Powers folder? Beef Cake probably just missed it when he was making the installer.
I keep looking at random icons and thinking "I know the rest of these have been standardized. Why is this one different?"
