Mine leads with elec fences. It doesn't work that well, but at least it ensures most of the minions die.

The powerset respec won't work for all the various reasons that are always brought up when this thread appears. Options 1-3 won't happen because people could cherry pick key powers to make an OP'd monstrosity of a character. A generic "Radiation" themed power pool could work, but it would probably just be a normal power pool, with no requirements to unlock it.

I was on from 4:30-8:00pm last night, didn't experience any lag.

Quote:That is debatable...but before I say why, perhaps you would like to share this build with us? Yeah, that's what I thought.I love me some Stone, but there are in fact be all end all builds, whether you like it or not.
Anyhow, that assumes that the player is interested in going human form only, which may or may not fit the playstyle of any said player. Playstyle might be unimportant when compared to numbers, but consider this: if it doesn't work for the person playing it, it will be unplayed. And if it is unplayed, it might as well not exist.
Furthermore, the strength of human-form varies wildly at different levels, it's really only "the best" at late game content when it has the powers and advantages (not to mention heavily invested build) that let it edge out tri-form. And that is only true until we get toggle suppression, or the next round of buffs. Who knows what will happen?
So...yeah, debatable. But a valid point, when considering current numbers at endgame. -
Quote:Stone uses Logic. You are silly, you keep coming up with silly analogies to something you just do not get. You have no idea of what possible outcomes can be had by watching different various players solo similar instances other than perhaps what you already think you know, which to me is silly.
It has no effect!
New Dawn uses False Premise.
Stone ignores the attack!
Stone uses Examples and Reasoning.
New Dawn has dodged the attack!
New Dawn uses You Don't Know What You're Talking About Silly Silly Person.
Stone falls asleep. -
Quote:Oh man, you guys broke him, he didn't use the smileys. And EVERYONE likes radio missions was a tongue in cheek statement.
As for an actual reply, imo regular story arc missions aren't harder than radio missions they just take longer.
And as for them being mind numbingly boring, depending on what you like/don't like you could say that about anything in the game. iTrials are boring to me for instance. I've done them over and over.
And doing story arcs with people needs fixed imo. Only the one with the missions gets any reward at the end. At least it was like that last time I did it. -
Quote:Right. Well, to use your car analogy; if one person can fix up their car and drive it in such a way that they can regularly pop onto 2 wheels with it, that does not mean that those cars that can't do that need to be upgraded. It would be an interesting gimmick, but it is not relevant to normal conditions for a normal car.You can make a warshade what farms, keeps three fluffies out over 90% of the time and basically clean up. It can be done. There is no bad light there. If I fail to fix a car with all the right tools at my disposal its not the tools fault its mine. That's actually where I see alot of people. If they can't do something, it can't be done therefore the Devs need to change the set so they can do it nevermind what other people can and can't achieve. So this looking at different farmers is actually looking at player skill. There is a said expectation from players that sometimes is true and sometimes its false. I remember when Ice tanks couldn't tank LR yet there was SR scrappers doing it. In deciding whether or not something needs a buff you have to look at what players can actually achieve imo. What is the average achievement? The bigger the sample of players the better.
Frankly, the whole premise is silly. You summon out some lore pets next time you farm, and tell me how long they last. I suppose they need to be buffed too? -
Quote:I felt your argument was strong, though next time I will need comedic pictures to solidify your point.yeah, I almost made one called "yeah I'm back too" but instead decided to post uselessly in threads during ridiculous debates. I feel like it somehow served a purpose...

The sad thing is that the money you saved by not having to replace them every couple levels actually cost you more than you think. Since you were less efficient in killing stuff, your inf/time took a major hit, and you could have gotten to 50 much quicker.
This is, of course, assuming you soloed a lot. If you teamed for most of it, then I'm not sure why it took you so long to 50. -
Yes, it is.
Quote:You're comparing xp/time potential between warshades and peacebringers. That's not hard to do.
So you admit your whole scenario is contrived, then?
Quote:There is what people say they can do and what can actually be done. Several farms from several people gives a sample.
*Just because something can survive a farm does not make them a farmer. -
I still don't understand what you hope to achieve by measuring a fluffies life expectancy from a farm run. That's a bit like measuring the average DPS from an AoE attack versus a pylon. Or testing the durability of your armor set by seeing how long it can last against the Hamidon.
-
I don't have access to Mids' atm, but I'd like to point out that those HO's in eclipse don't work like that anymore. The Hami-Origin fix took away the resistance boosting side effect.

Quote:I'm not sure if I'd use the word underperforming...but PB's do need a bit of work. The photon seekers, for example. They are just bad as pets. And we still need toggle supression. And pulsar still sucks.Ok maybe I am not seeing this is the same way you are but... how exactly are Kheldians really underperforming?
Basically all the threads we've gone over in the last year or so should catch you up to date on why some people consider them underperformers. -
I'm not quite sure why this hasn't been implemented yet, but after working on my crafting badge a bit, I now have a score of memorized recipes that pop out into my face every time I open my recipe list. We need an option to keep it collapsed so that it doesn't take up all that space.

A bunch of people ditched us last night, so we ran a Katie Hannon.
Sadly, there is no picture because something is wrong with xfire's uploader. So...yeah. -
-
Your argument is invalid because this game doesn't have pvp.
But yeah, along with everything else, what's to stop people from making...inappropriate costume pieces? The dev team would get bogged down in checking the new content being produced by people to ensure that it was safe to publish, which would probably slow down new issues/content. -

Man, that build just bleeds endurance.

I got this game a couple days before my birthday in 2004 >_>

Quote:That's what caused me to finally stick with the set. I hate the eyebeam animation for some reason, but the hand beams work so well with the robot concept I came up with.Of course you know that Rad Blast has an alternate animation where the beams come from your fists, not your eyes, right?
