Make a character that can do something none of your "maxed" characters could do. So maybe it doesn't kill as fast as X character, but it can do Y--which is something X could never do.
For a more specific example--A Warshade. You get your recharge high enough, you have damage resist rivaling a tank, 3 permanent pets that blast like mini blasters, and you can shapeshift. Lots of fun
Or, an elec/X controller. Floor your enemies blue bars and watch them sit there unable to do anything. Could be amusing.
Or, a Crab spider. You're like a mastermind tank-mage. Good times.
Characters built around a certain theme with a good name are always more fun to play than ones built specifically because they have a good powerset combo (at least, to me they are). Try making a thematic character that has an interesting powerset you haven't played before.
Or, take a break for a while. Everyone needs one now and then. -

Anywhoo, I'll follow that up with an "lolpvp." You cannot have perma PA/OSA in pvp because of diminishing returns. You can stack up all the recharge you want, but it'll be less and less effective. I could say more, but Local pretty much covered everything and your way of typing is hurting my brain.

It has always kind of annoyed me that the white spandex and/or T-shirt had a skin tone to it. I would love a more opaque white version.

I have my +4x8 Malta demorecorded but that isn't a real video file. Even if it was, every time I try to open it, it decides to rescale my entire resolution and make everything on my screen giant and wonky. It frustrates me so I close it.
I tried that FRAPS thing but it just doesn't work for me. It decides that it won't save.
I tried 2 other programs... One of them didn't work. The other one lagged me to no end, but I'm used to lagging since my computer sucks... I was able to play through it. I went to play the video back, though, and it was a very slow frame by frame long delay slideshow.
I give up.
edit- As for my surrender, if anyone would be willing to come to Protector and record my +4x8 Malta video for me, I would gladly pay 100 million inf. for your trouble. If you don't feel it's worth it for that amount I'm open for negotiation. -
At one point we had 7+ extracted essences out at the same time I would love to run that again on a normal basis.

This one sounds better--the previous one was pretty much a placeholder. We're looking for fire and ice now!
So, say you have a Fire/Storm controller (looks at layla)....or an cold/ice fender....or a fire tank....or any combination of powers that have fire, ice, and/or storm (because storm is cool too) somewhere in there that you happen to have...bring that!
And yes, that pun was deliberate. -

I've made a small change to one of the AT tf's due to problems with certain people being unable to make it due to alignment. The all kheld Numina TF is now an all Kheld ITF, and the Numina has been moved down to 9:00pm Sunday. The new theme for Numina is <snipped, see below>.

The forum member shared the story with us up in the Rude Tells thread.
I wish there was a way to get all that info out across to newer players easier, there really are too many still ignorant on how to use the note/star system, or even get global names and report people. -

This game has such a thing as the Top 100 Super Groups and its done based upon Prestige totals. Those SGs are quite proud of their listing and they do it for fun.
The individual players prestige levels do not matter in the least for the Top 100 SG list. Only the final total matters. -

I would hope that someone who is being harassed would use every tool at their disposal to ensure a stop and prevent future harassment from a person. -
