For those of you how have been holding back from getting yourself a Layla doll until now...you're running out of time. She will not be taking any more requests for dolls after October, so if you don't get it in before then...you won't be getting one until next year.
And no, I don't know where the goatee's are. Ask Layla. -
I MIGHT be able to attend. No promises though, my work tried to pull some surprise overtime on me this last weekend and I have a feeling they'll try to steal my double xp weekend.

Anyone ever wonder what would happen if our primal earth and praetorian versions of ourselves would do if they spent more than 5 minutes together? Well of course, we'd probably get on eachothers nerves!

I like to team and solo, I'll certainly be spending a lot of time on Incarnate trials with my PB once he dings at 50 and I get his build slotted but I'm not comfortable relying on my inherent for resistance. It would be like not building Perma Eclipse on my Warshade for the same reason, just not a thought I'm comfortable with.
I wish Light Form was something I could rely on too as then I would be able to softcap s/l/e/n defense but unfortunately it is on a very long timer and I can't always count on it being up when needed- It's more like an extra bonus. I've even considered dropping it in favor of self rez.

Less than two weeks now! I've added a special edition of Kheldian Fridays to the event list, so I hope to see some khelds out there attend
I'll take this moment to expand on the contests theme--which is to make your best Kheldian themed costume. Now, this can mean anything you think it means...your best "Alien" costume, or you best color coded costume....whatever you think looks great, and is suitably kheldian.
After it's over, we'll give the winner a prize (one winner, sorry folks--and only those who are part of the tf team can apply) and pat them on the back, since your own powers obscure your wonderful costume.

Tonight we ran the WTF for the week, the 1st respec (blue side).
And no, I don't know how we manage to keep having teams with an equal number of PB's and WS's. It's weird. -
Also, to catch us up on what we've done so far:
First week was a super fun ITF! We mowed down everything in our path and managed to beat it in an hour and eight minutes.

Every Friday night, starting at around 9pm Eastern, I will be forming all kheldian task forces and/or other fun alien only activities. For any of you out there with a kheldian--it doesn't have to be a level 50 one, we don't care--bring it along and have some fun with us! If you don't have a kheldian yet...make one! If you're completely new to khelds, we'd be pleased to answer any questions regarding the AT and offer hopefully helpful tips for you.
How to find us:
I will begin recruiting by letting people on our Kheldian Fridays channel know that it is time, so it would behoove you to join it if you are interested in participating. If the team doesn't fill with that, I will poll Protector Vigilance for any kheldians that are free. Sometimes we will form multiple teams, but again, that will depend on the minimum required amount for the activity we are doing, and getting enough participants.
Required Level:
What we run will be dependant on what our minimum level for the team is, but since kheldians are awesome at pretty much any level, we're pretty much cool with whatever. I will try to fit in both low level and high level content, but that depends on the team. I am always open to suggestions/requests for our nights activities.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! Also, big thanks to @Zaloopa for his awesome job on the custom logo and banner for Kheldian Fridays! It looks awesome

Having good powerset combinations does nothing to prevent a character from having a coherent theme and good name. On the contrary, minmaxing helps you avoid the unimaginative, unoriginal ideas that are prevalent among concept characters.
For what it's worth, my motto has always been (in regards to powersets/themes); "If you can't explain it, you aren't trying hard enough." -

The arc is 20-29. It won't show up in the Ouroboros Crystal until you hit level 29. And yes, then you'll be able to do it as many times necessary until you get the badge.

a quick question:
If a character missed the No One Left Behind badge in Roy Cooling's story arc, is there a way to get another shot at it? The Bad People, Good Intentions story arc doesn't seem to be available through Ouroboros, and Roy Cooling isn't willing to hand out the same mission more than once.
If I get another player to play the arc and take my character along, would I still get the badge if we manage to save everyone this time?
