  1. There are only so many set bonuses that increase regen. Without looking at your build, I'd guess that you're breaking the Law of Five rule, as Dechs said.
  2. Why would you build for regen?

Anyway, you're not going to reach any substantial number without outside/incarnate buffs.
  3. Short Kheldian Friday run, we ran Penelope Yin:

And then beat up Uncle Lusca.

So while you may not have MEANT to be snide, obviously multiple people have interpreted what you said as such.
  5. Near impossible? I beat him 4 out of 4 times last night, on a PuG.
  6. For what it's worth, Steel, I'll miss your lists. I've read quite a few of them and they always made me smile. Try not to let the vocal minority get you down.

If anybody could point me to that link (I can't seem to find the thread in my history), that'd be awesome, but is that really true?
You're sort of right. There is a small difference between 30/35 and level 50 IOs. The main draw isn't exactly that you can exemplar lower (it will make little difference enhancement value wise), but that you can keep the set bonuses from IOs at lower levels. (I have a link in my sig that talks about that more in detail.)
  8. We'll be running the Penelope Yin TF tonight.

  9. I've been thinking about that myself. So far, I'm guessing doublehit (Assault Radial) will give the most bang for your buck, since Core wouldn't help PA.
  10. The had to put something in there to prevent people from spamming the transformations and melting the server, I'd imagine.
  11. Why didn't you continue this line of thought in your previous thread?

And why do you need someone to make a build for you? It's not difficult doing an SO build, there are no set bonuses to juggle around. Just freestyle it.
  12. Not everyone has run iTrials as often as you. For instance, I stop when I hit tier 3, so I don't stock up Astrals/Empyrians. Would you rather they come out with different incarnate salvage to craft them each time? Because they have considered that as a solution to your "problem."
  13. Target commercials (which seem to just contain people prancing around), and any commercial (usually about a perscription drug) in which one person lists off facts and stuff about the product to their friends in a nonchalant manner like he or she works for the company.
  14. Why not try each side on your way to making it t4'd?

I imagine it varies quite a bit, but on mine I would lead off with a Gravitic Emanation (if the mob stood a chance at giving me trouble with their alpha), eclipse, mire, then shift to nova and start with the killing. Alternatively, if Unchain/Extract is available, you can do all that, but after mire you instead Gravity Well something and blast it's corpse, pull up a fluffy, and the mob should be just about dead.

And that's the exact answer I was about to reply with, haha. The second mission is especially hard on shades because of the lack of corpses, but with the ITF, you'll want to be proactive in watching your surrounding and taking down problem targets. Aside from the cascading debuffs, the Cimerorans are really nasty at using that PBAoE mezz protection, so shortly after battle starts your stuns will be made useless.

Ah, crap. I didn't bother saving it.

Well, just take his, and switch the purples to the rare/cheaper versions that give recharge bonuses. That's pretty much what I did, plus fixing Eclipse.
  18. We ran the most boring TF ever: Justin Augustine. There were like 20 hunts and 5 door missions. Awesome.

It sounds like what you want is a human form build built with SL defense. Nice and survivable, and you don't need to worry about form switching. Maybe bi-form to mule kinetic combats in the dwarf attacks.

If you can, try to start a build with SL defense in mind, and I'll see if I can help flesh it out when I get to a computer with mids' on it.

Technically speaking, you can make an AE version, or sift through the thousands of other farms to find a similar one. However, I was referring to the one Maria Jenkins gives out. Unai Kemen also gives out a couple good maps.

Any thoughts or builds you can point me to would be great and appreciated
In general, no. Once you have perma eclipse, you don't need the shields. Even when exemping past eclipse levels, dwarf will be the better option for taking hits. Assuming you plan on keeping dwarf? You say you took it because it was there, so I'm unsure on how to advise you because I don't know your playstyle.
