Being told two months after the fact means that for the last two months I've been working on this badge... and this explains why I did not get it.
I can call in that Longbow mission now.
Compared to the blowup of I-13 PvP changes and the massive exodus from my global friends list, this isn't bad, but it still ranks as rank, that is, it stinks. -

This is probably why they limited it to 30. And no, I'm not criticizing you, I would store more than I currently am for my SGs (4 bins in each hero and villain base on each of my servers) if I had the room in my bases to do so.
Considering that I can store 352 salvage on just my main character using on-character, vault, and auction house storage, limiting SG salvage bins to 30 to prevent hoarding is ludicrous. I just use alts to hoard, I always have because I don't like being slave to a manipulated market. -

I've been still playing at that time nearly every double xp weekend and the server has never gone down at midnight, I've continued to enjoy double xp until 3 or 4 am EST when I finally log off....

It maybe be working as intended, but if so it's a lousy feature. I'm not doing dozens of task forces per character to get the recipes I need, i would rather play another game with sufficient loot drops appropriate to character level. And yes, such games do exist. I play one now. -

Leveling Pact xp is still delayed after the patch. As of the night 1/15, I was still getting delays in xp, and receiving it upon zoning.

The only way he gets stuck is if you run to the exit without him. I've done this mish hundreds of time and he's never gotten stuck. Turn off your travel power and he'll be just fine.

I've found that even so, he still gets stuck. When my connection spikes I seem to lose him. When that happens, I don't get his "always forgetting about the time" dialogue.
Having to run him back to the entrance is a real time drain. Maybe that is the point? -

I leveled a character (solo) from 14-24 on them, and nothing else, while getting enough CCs for everything she needed, and yet another from 17 to 26 (also solo).
And that is not even close to what I would have liked to have achieved.
In the name of mercy, why is it so hard to get the old badges and costume pieces?

You don't "need" any of that stuff. YOU chose to keep doing the mission over and over again. Would it be nice for there to be a way to get CCs reliably in other ways? Sure. Do you "need to" or "have to" keep grinding the same mission over and over again? No.

No, I don't "need" to these things. I don't need IOs, I don't merits, I don't need badges, I don't even need to play this game.
I want to. These are "shinies". They are incentives, meant to encourage us to play, meant to enhance the play experience.
For a game that has for the life of its existence encouraged alts, the cost of the badges and costume items does not do so. The Winters Gift set should remain expensive.
Edit/Note: One of those Winters Gift: Slow IO recipes was lost to a secure trade that failed, recipe disappeared, petition w/Senior GM pending. (I know it disappeared, secure trade was with best friend of 17 years.) -

Bug Description: Unable to break SG coalition despite being SG leader. The game gives an error stating "not in coalition with that Super Group" which is obviously not true. It is still listed in the Coalition list and on the base portal entry. I have attempted to break this coalition numerous times to no avail. Petiton sent, bug report sent. -
That's what I said, it never goes below the number (regardless of how many quit).

For example, if you had 4 people on the team and all but one logged out, the missions would spawn for one person. NOW, in that situation, the missions will spawn for FOUR.
Therefore, when soloing Positron, it will always be spawning for two people since if the other person quit the TF it would disband. Previously, if they all logged out, it would spawn for just one. Under the new system, the spawn size only is reduced when people QUIT the TF.

Correct so far as it goes.
Under the new system, the spawn size never goes below the minimum number needed to start the task force. In the case of Positron, that number is three. By comparison, in the case of Dr. Quarterfield, that's eight. -

So, yes, this is a bug, not a feature or deliberate change. Reporting it again doesn't hurt anything, but I just wanted to note they are already aware and are working on it.
Since a great many missions can be accessed thru Ouro, it affects most of our faves.

These are my main pet peeves and my favorite things in I-13 not covered by other threads:
THE BAD

I liked Barrage just the way it was. It was a good low powered, high speed, initial melee power for my tankers and brutes. It made the set fun along with Whirling Hands. I could write a couple pages why I liked it the way it was and why it just will not work now.

I will echo this. Barrage was my 'keep aggro' and 'attack chain filler' power. I want it back. I've had to severely realign my tanker's build to fit in another attack to make her work because of this change, to the detriment of her primary.
2. [u]Focused Accuracy[u]: Nerfed too hard, without sufficient explaination. Either buff it, or reduce the endurance cost appropriate to the nerf.

Make the missions selectable when the team isn't all in one zone again.

It slows things down, it leads to team disentegration, it makes team building harder. In short: It discourages teams, and that is the [/i]last thing[/i] you should be doing when the most significant change in Issue 13 (Merit System) is also discouraging teams. Unless that is your intent.
4. [u]Mastermind Equipment Change[u]: Please reduce the endurance cost on this, 1/2 the endurance bar is too much. It never took me that much endurance to buff my pets before. 1/3 perhaps?
5. [u]Speed Boost Range Cut[u] It already roots, really, this is too much. Stop it already!
THE GOOD
1. [u]UI Changes[u]: Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you....
2. [u]Mastermind Equipment Change[u] This is so much more expedient, and now a Mastermind is a little more able to deal with ambushes at the door of a mission when soloing. Thank you. -
Sort of related: Although repetitive, it has been nice been able to do missions, sort of, in a very small zone for xp. If you have a great deal of patience, doing this for xp over and over is worthwhile. The lack of traveltime and Elite Boss bonus makes it so. I do not consider this an exploit because you are earning every bit of the reward and taking all associated risk.
I have used this opportunity to solo my brute from 14 to 22 to get her to Stamina (and then beyond) and in the meanwhile get all the Holiday goodies I wanted, including a complete Winter's Gift set. (Yes, she was 'late' purchasing Stamina, I wanted a solid attack chain and secondary toggles first.) -
Subjective:
I would like to see a Day Job added for Soldier. -
Objective:
Farmers just farm merits now, and casual players have to grind.
The problem of farming has not been resolved, the method of farming has simply changed, with consequences to the rest of the player population. -
I'll add an addendum to the minions dropping candy canes - ONLY if they are of a level to give xp, or are coded even conning like the invasions. That way it doesn't encourage high levels to farm the low levels, crowding out lowbies from their presents.
