Glad to be of help blackeco (GGs kind offer may be null & void if you're not on Defiant )

1. You need the basic workbench (in workshop)

2. Assuming its a tech teleporter you need to create 6 pieces of Tech Power refined salvage on the basic workbench.

3. in the "All" coloumn on the basic workbench near the bottom of you will see the teleporter recipe. click on "create" in that and you have your teleporter!

4. the teleprter will be available in the "add personal item" section you see on entering the baae.

What sort of ATs did you play on CoV? and are you looking to play something similar or entirely different? It sounds like you may want a team style char so possibly an ill/rad? (rads always popular for Faultine as there's AVs all over the place )
