before you think this is power customisation, stop, you are wrong, this is basically the ability to customise certain weapons in powersets but not change its colour or effect, I'll demonstrate:
FIRE SWORD CUSTOMISATIONS
1) Legacy Fire sword
2) Fire Broadsword
3) Fire Longsword
4) Tech pyro Sabre
5) Tsoo/Oni fire Sword
ICE SWORD CUSTOMISATION
1) Legacy Ice sword
2) Ice Broadsword

5) Tsoo Ice sword (like fire sword but ice)
STONE MALLET CUSTOMISATION
1) Legacy Stone Malet
2) Stone Pickhammer
3) Stone Battlehammer
4) Concrete Tipped Pole (as seen thrown by Infected)
SPINES/THORNS CUSTOMISATION*
1) Legacy Spines
2) Legacy Thorns
3) Spikes (silver mantis)
4) Stingers
*dispite Type, the customisations will remain the colour as the original, Thorns are Yellow for scrappers/Stalkers and vice versa
please note, the only thing customisable is the actual weapon, not the colour, this is only available for such powersets that have any of the above

This Idea occured to me afer reading the info on the 'Jail Bird' badge, a super villain who controlled insects apparently, so heres the idea:
Insect Control
1) Silk Worms (foe immobilise, toxic DoT)
2) Paralictic Wasps (foe hold, toxic DoT)
3) Worm Hive (AoE immobilise, toxic/Crushing DoT)
4) Swarm (foe fear, -accuracy, -preception)
5) Fire Ants (AoE slow, toxic/lethal DoT)
6) Wasp Nest (AoE hold, Toxic DoT)
7) Termites (PBAoE enemy slow, -Def)
8) Scarabs (Cone Sleep, lethal/toxic DoT)
9) Rhino Beetle (summon Beetle)
[powers: Charge, Ram, bite, stinger, scarabs. resist: +Smashing, +lethal, +energy, +neg energy, -Fire, -Cold, -Toxic]
Insect Assault
1) Parasites (ranged toxic DoT)
2) Leeches (melee lethal DoT, -Def)
3) Parasite swarm (Cone Toxic DoT)
4) Sickness Bug (ranged toxic DoT, slow, -def, -res cold, toxic, psi)
5) Aim (+dam, +Acc)
6) Mosquitos (melee Lethal/Toxic DoT, -def)
7) Bee Hive (AoE lethal/Toxic DoT)
8) Centipedes (Melee Cone, Lethal/Toxic DoT)

Most of these powers can have animations recycled from Webs and Devouring earth. I hope you like the Idea, by the way, the rhino beetle is a huge version of the insect as a pet

yes i tried to get the ghost of scrapyard badge and he ended up running into an Arbiter drone, it was a huge dissapointment for everyone.
I have something else that will ease the game, make targets that are unnafected by an AoE sleep stay put, many a time I have tried sleeping a mob to find that half of it are hunting me down afterwards -
My Initail idea was a teleport, but if it was aground teleport then people could asppear anywhere on a horizontal landscape, so I picked it to be manual travel where you can steer where you are going

Im not sure if this has been suggested before but I think burrowing should be a Travel power, I think it should be like this:
Burrow (placate, +Regeneration, stealth)
You burrow under the earth to hide from your foes and get a quick breather, this power only lasts 10 seconds before you have to emerge again.
Earth Smash (Foe Knockback, smashing)
You dive under the earth and spring up before your foes, smashing them and sending them flying through the air
Tunnel (self +Spd, minor stealth, res all but psi, smashing and AoE)
You start to tunnel under the earth traveling at a faster rate, You can be spotted, but are resistant to all but psi, smashing and AoE, you cannot activate this power with any other travel power.
Siesmic Disturbance (PBAoE Knockdown)
You launch yourself under the earth and emerge very quickly. This causes a Siesmic disterbance that can knock your foes down from the constant Earth waves.
I think this would be easy to create using the animations that Redcaps have and by replacing your character with a Crack in the earth when burrowed, This travel power isnt as fast as superspeed, but gives you a good defence. -

This was the more Prefered powerset out of my 3 in my other post, so I have taken it and have put it into more detail for you and added some small descriptions:
STONEY ASSAULT
Propel Rocks (Ranged Smashing, disorient)
using your powers of stone and earth, you are able to lift some large rocks and throw them at your enemy dealing minor smashing damage, more accurate attacks can result in disorient
Stone Fist (Melee Smashing, Disorient)
Your stone covered fists attack swiftly for moderate damage, and may Disorient your opponent.
Landslide (cone smashing, slow, knockback)
You create a small wave of earth and form a landslide, the landslide knocks enemies back dealing moderate smashing damage. enemies may struggle to work themselves out the wreckage slowing them down.
Propel Boulder (Ranged Smashing, Knockback)
Like Propel Rocks, you can Lift a large boulder out of the ground and hurl it at your foes, since the Boulder is larger, enemies will be knocked down dealing High smashing Damage
Stone Strength (self + Damage +Acc)
You tap into the power of earth and stone and absorb its energy making you Hit as hard as stone and sense foes on the ground to greaten your aim, this will increse your damage and accuracy for a short time.
Tremor (Point Blank Area of Effect, Foe Knockback)
You can cause a localized earthquake immediately around you. This will deal moderate damage to every foe in melee range, while knocking them back
Gravel (Minor Smashing/Lethal DoT, slow, knockdown)
You throw a cluster of small rocks onto the ground infront of you, Foes may struggle to keep upright and will be slowed, Enemies may Slip and fall causing them to either Land hard onto round stones or cut themselves on Sharp Rocks, Dealing Minor Smashing and Lethal Damage
Siesmic Smash (Melee, foe hold)
This massive attack hits with all the force of the Earth itself. It deals tremendous amounts of damage, and may Hold the target if they are not defeated outright.
Fissure (Close (Targeted Area of Effect), Moderate Damage(Lethal/Smash), Foe: Knockback, Disorient)
This powerful stomp can cause a seismic disturbance. This will crack the earth itself and send a fault towards a targeted foe. Affected targets take moderate damage and may be thrown in the air and possibly disoriented

Fun With Pets? Roleplaying? Just for a laugh? what was the reason behind this, It seems a good Idea for the above, but like most emotes they just get ignored

Its both, Either with or without Capes or Wings, its a choice of having a cape or wings with aura or just an aura alone
And it would let you toggle the smoke coming off Burnt Wings and other wings already set with aura's
The mantle aura is like an aura stretching from one shoulder, around the back of the head, then to the other shoulder. -

Anyway, It just seemed a bit sudden for an Electric Control Post to spring up directly after another, but its ok I guess, There different viewpoints -
I'm not sure if this has been suggested before but I'm gonna say this, could we have aura's, but on more different parts of the body and costume, heres the Idea:
Cape Auras
Weapon Auras
Feet Auras
Fist Auras
Hair Auras
Wing Auras
Mouth Auras
Mantle Auras
Its would bee cool to have fire/toxic breath for the mouth aura's, and aura's for parts of the body/costume that stick out without an effect.

Yes, we do need a time buff/debuff, too many people have suggested time controll such as Hold in time ¬_¬

Incindary Rounds, and yes, although it has been suggested many times before, I like this Idea, although theyde probably stick to the already used powers by Thugs and Enforcers, but I think they might use some of the above to fill in the gaps left. -

This is a Powerset thats completeley Proliferated to be like Electricity Manipulation, using dark miasma, armour and melee ONLY
If Dark Miasma is to be proliferated, the Devs will make the easiest way without the hassle of new powers, the Result Above -
Thats right, the Pulse Rifle as a powerset, being as Dual Pistols is likely to come out, Pulse rifle is left to be a mastermind set, so Ive decided to recycle many powers into a nice Pulse Rifle powerset

3) Photon Grenade (default)
4) Cryo Freeze Ray (Crey Cryo Scientists)
5) Sonic Cannon (Goldbrickers)

Thanks for the Info, Theres alot I didnt know about this, but I have 3 points to make about some of my power choices.
I had chosed Fallout as it would be too powerful if it was another PBAoE killing blast, so I had to find something with a twist to even it out
Charged Ground is basically an Electric version of Ice slick, only with a -End effect too, I put it in to even the powerset out from being mostly attacks
I didnt Choose the Mallets because that would end up with too much knockback in the powerset, which wouldnt help at all being that the enemies are going to be held by the primary anyway.
Other than those three, most of what you are small errors that I had put in. Also, the fact that all 3 suggestions are in one is because they all Tie into the same concept.

A power animation viewer, like the 'Power details' button in power selection screens. basically it shows a default figure using the power you have hovered your mouse over and what it does to a player/npc.
I know this is near enough a suggestion, but it will help players to see the powers and the effects in action before they choose them -
I done a bit of research on manipulation sets and dark powers and came up with an entire proliferated set
1) Midnight Grasp
2) Shadow Punch
3) Death Shroud
4) Smite
5) Build Up
6) Oppresive Gloom
7) Siphon Life
8) Dark Consumption
9) Petrifying Gaze
This is just basically a mix of Dark Miasma, Melee and armour to create a manipulation set built to be like Electricity manipulation.
It wouldnt be too much hassle for the devs to create either -
I have come up with three powersets that are half new and half Proliferated, So I have tried taking powers from multiple powersets and merging them into new powersets. I have created the following:

5) Shocking Field^ (AoE Energy DoT, hold, -End)

7) Charged Ground" (AoE Slow, -End, Knockdown)
8) Lightning Rod^ (Ranged, Enemy Teleport, -End, disorient)
9) Voltiac Sentinel (controllers) Electric Shackles (dominators)
RADIATION MANIPULATION
1) Neutron Cage (ranged energy DoT Immobilise)
2) radiant Brawl" (melee Energy)
3) Choking Cloud
4) Infecting Punch" (melee Energy/Toxic DoT)

Seems a good Idea, a really good idea. So thats the villain empathy problem solved, now its just the poison for heroes we have to do now

Hmm, I guess I'll keep The good ones (with your weaker effects) and Re-Arange them into good Tier levels, but replace the bad ones like Exploding Fungi and Spirit tree and replace them with something like:
Spore Barrier (Ally Armour,+ Res Confuse, Hold, Immobilise, Sleep, Psi, Toxic)
Bark Armour (ally Armour,+ Res Lethal, Smashing, Toxic, Energy, Neg Energy) -
I'm afraid this is what the Origin Temp Powers are for, such as tazer Dart and the like. its so they have a weak melee and a weak range.
Although this is a good idea, I dont think it will happen because of this. -
I'd also like to add that this is available to Controllers, Defenders, Corruptors and Masterminds
Masterminds of which get a different Tier 9 power called "Fungi Pods" (basically a mix of 'Detonator' and 'Noxious Gas')
