I think stalkers should get shields, but instead of a large shield, they only get a small buckler, a lightwieght small shield that they can defend and stay stealthy at the same time

Maybe Incarnation could be a new Epic/Patron power pool? the Incarnates only have a few powers to do with the godly natures, so you can keep a character, and make him an incarnate.

I think we should get rid of the costume changing delay, its starting to get annoying and I have found 4 reasons why to get rid of it
1) when changing your costume quickly at the tailor/facemaker and moving onto the next one, it delays the time causing you to wait longer.
2) people who have set thier costumes to Transform/Shapeshift in different stages can no longer do this
3) Setting macro's to certain powers can get tricky now as the delay has stopped the macro if more than one power is activated within 30 seconds
4) when you accidentaly change your costume you must wait and suffer a full 30 seconds of humiliation before you can cover up your mistake.
you can come up with more if you like, but I'm hoping that we can get rid of this troublesome waiting period once and for all! -
Apparently on the paragonwiki, it states that Recluse, Statesman, Trapdoor and Imperious are all incarnates who drunk from the well of the furies at the fountain of zeus. It also states thet they are of another origin rather than the ones players have, so I doubt that theyde have millions of people quing up to drink from a fountain then parade around with super powers, It would sap the uniqueness of the above characters, but its still a good Idea

oops, i forgot to put one incy suggestion down before anybody replied, change blasters energy manipulation to be more like energy assault, the reason is that its near enough the same as Energy melee, while the other minipulation powers have both ranged and melee.

If this is for just wanting more pool powers then you should suggest the ability to pick a whole pool power set for free at 50. The only reason they originally bumped it up from 40 to 50 was the ancillary power pools, and that took a hell of a lotta time to do

From a post I read called 'Gun Control' I saw a power for dominators and controllers, I have come up with a powerset for Dominators as a secondary that goes well with it (Controllers would have traps as a proliferation) Its called Street 'Combat'. the powerset is as follows:
1) Moltov Cocktail
2) Bat smash
3) Fire Bomb
4) Spit Fire
5) Street Cred (self boost)
6) Bat swing (PBAoE)
7) Bat smash (Disorient)
8) Oil Slick
9) Rain of Moltovs

New Mastermind powerset 'Agents' a human male NPC, the units are as follows:
1st tier - Field Agent
focusing on the two attack powers from Fighting and basic psi blast powers.
Dressed in a black suit, equiped gets shades and an earpiece and upgraded gets fingerless gloves and a tie
2nd tier - Infiltrator
has martial arts and psi assault powers.
Dressed in a tuxedo (wedding edition), equiped gets shades, an earpiece and black gloves, upgraded gets at tie and sleeker shades
3rd Tier- Man in black
Has super strength and mind control powers
Dressed in a trenchcoat and slacks, equiped gets a V cut trenchcoat, earpiece and shades, upgraded hets a tie and tactical belt

A new NPC group called 'Sirens' these female enemies focus on powers from Sonic Attack, Cold Domination and Storm Summoning, this group will appear in Port Oaks, Independance Port and other water based islands. they are mainly based around wind storm powers, sirens song and AoE cold powers -
A good use of NPC background, and noticing that there would be a struggle for air superiority, ideal for flying battles. I can just see skiffs and chasers flying around dogfighting, maybe a GM event where a Rikti ship and an Arachnos flyer battle it out? This is a great Idea, but if the rikti are looking for tech, then maybe Goldbrickers too?

Thanks, and taking what PRAF68 said, i think it does need a bit changing, mutagens are what i gathered from the origin temp power that you get, so what about Mutations? Ive also seen a flaw in it a bit, Gagetry is a mix of Devices and traps, so what about if theres trap powers for heroes and devices powers for villains in the set. Throwing weapons would be Weapon mastery for villains, while heroes would have something like poison dart, caltrops and the two throwing knive powers snakes have, should be fixed up now, thanks fellas

I know theres ancillary/patron power pools to do with a characters powers and normal power pools to further shape the character, but what about Origin power pools? 4 powers that are based on a characters origin, they would be earned at level 25. The first of these powers would be free, it wouldnt need to be chosen at a level, the other would fill in 3 choices. The powers would be something like this:
NATURAL
Throwing Weapons
MUTANT
Mutagens
MAGIC
Spells
SCIENCE
Chemicals
TECHNOLOGY
Devices
These powers would include 2 range, 1 hold and 1 AoE. to earn these powers you must visit a new contact who appears in the origin based stores at a zone based around level 25 and complete 3 missions, hope you all like the Idea and I hope this is a possibility in the near future -
1 - it was drilling into my head
2 - hide is used on jounins and they preform criticals also
3 - theres not really a stealth concept for the oni, he tends to go in blazing and hackining away
4 - the master ninja concept says right next to it (couldnt think of anything else)
5 - I used Kuji-in sha and retsu because I didnt want to re-use any of the previos ninjitsu powers
6 - Kiji-in sha is a small self healing power, something I wouldnt class as overpowered being as a respite and a half would fix you up the same
7 - I admit the Kuji-in Retsu was a bit big, but thats what makes this one pet unique to the others. -
Very good indeed, I created a robot and had to stick with invulnerablity (however you spell it) because the armour and nanites concept of it, I think this powerset rocks, aura animations may be similar to those of energy/electricity/sonics so it should be easy to create, once again, WELL DONE

I think this far too often, but now its drilling into my head so now i have to say it, The Oni in the Ninjas Mastermind powerset doesnt really fit in, its more heavy combat styled, but I have an Idea for a replacement, if it should be removed

1st powers - Power Slice, hide
2nd powers - Vengeful Slice, Assassin's blades, Kuji-in Sha
3rd powers - 1000 cuts, typhoons edge, Kuji-in retsu
I'm hoping this will acually happen, and not a waste of Dev time, but who knows, lets see what you guys think. -

I think he just got this powerset from the Legacy Chain, thier light powers are similar to energy however, its just white and renamed. (another damn colour tint of powers yet we cant choose ours)

this is a more likely set, something we all need, we all want and we all would have fun with
AGENTS
1st tier-officer, have basic psionic assault powers and the two attacks from the fighting powerset
2nd tier-Agent, have Psichic blast powers and martial arts
3rd tier-Man in Black, has Mind Control and Super Strength
1st tier 3rd pet-Infiltrator, has Psi powers that sleep, hold or drain
PERSONAL ATTACKS
Pychic dart
Pychic Blast
Psychic Scream
UPGRADES
1st-Train Agents
2nd-Enhance Mind -
Ive seen that there are already a range of dark powers, but theres 3 things they have missed out, I have them here:
DARK CONTROL
Similar to Illusion and Gravity control, but negative energy attacks
DARK ASSAULT
A mix of dark melee and dark blast, but more coned attacks than single target attacks
DARK MANIPULATION
like dark assault, but containing more AoE and single target holds and blasts
Most of these powers are re-used or based on different powers, please tell me what you think -
What if they made it an object that we shunt out of the way, like the things gravity controllers/dominators fire out with propel, maybe it could be its summon too, firing the ball into a player or NPC's face like the winter event snowball

there are lots of weapons that can be customised, but when I customised a mace to look like a baseball bat, it didnt make the baseball bat sound when I smack people over the head with it, I think there should be a different sound effect for each type of weapon:
Light
Heavy
Metal
Energy
Wooden
Rularuu
Rikti
Most of these will only apply to one type of weapon, such as rikti type weaponry, but light and heavy would appeal to weapons that have large or small customised weapons such as dual blades, hopefully this wont be a waste of dev time. -
I go to Pocket D alot, but there are literally 3 areas of intrest, but what if we had some other areas there for social talk and RP.
A hot tub for example, having a spa there would be cool for socialisation and relaxing for RP.
Casino and Pool(snooker) room, having an area similar to the golden giza for both heroes and villains to use
Training Room, a small room where there are dummies for using attack powers on, like the one in the Vanguard so we can use attack powers in the zone
