Photoshop Elements is affordable, and can do everything Photoshop 7 can (not Photoshop CS though, but that baby costs about as much as a small house), if you know how to use it.

Ice = Control, -SPD.
Fire = Big boomy flames of death.



For Ice, every power available has its uses. With the possible exception of Frost Breath (just another blast, but with a speshul animation dontcha know?). However, coupled with Kinetics...hm, not so sure. Ok, so you have Ice Storm and Blizzard for the mini/mass nukes to use after Fulcrum Shift, but they lack the damage of Blaze or Inferno.

Uhm, can I ask why you've picked Acrobatics? Not criticising your choice, but would very much like to know the reasoning behind it.

What size is the team?: 3+ (simply to actually make a team, rather than a duo).
How many of each AT is there?: Irrelevant.
Which power sets do you need to avoid in rpg terms?: None. The world/origins account for all of them.
How closely linked to the charecters need to be?: I'd be happy with just a reason for them to be teaming.

Glad to see there's another Claws/Invuln fan out there!

There are some people who are always in-character when ingame; and there are those who save the IC shenanigans for select groups/times/places. But where would you draw the line?

For instance: You are a male, playing a female character. You join a PuG and decide you'd like to roleplay during tbe missions, without knowing whether or not your teammates are roleplayers. The trusty Tanker (a real life male, you assume) starts to chat-up your character.

Do you:
a). Play along?
b). Send him a /tell explaining you're roleplaying?
c). Stop roleplaying immediately and excuse yourself from the team?
d). Explain to the whole team you're roleplaying and risk embarrassing the Tanker?

99% of roleplayers understand the IC=/=OOC line, and that insulting Ms. Paragon* IC does not mean you dislike them OOC/Letting Flittermaus* hook up with Notion* IC does not mean their players are dating OOC; but are there any situations you wouldn't roleplay in?

Recently, I've been playing in a few PuGs and have been pretending to be male IRL (as Infy says, "It's disturbing how well you pull that off"); amazingly, this doesn't cut the "Zomg! Pix plz!!!12" down , and though amusing, I'm wondering whether it's, in fact, cruel to lie to my teammates.

CoX is a MMORPG, true the "RPG" portion of the title isn't massively supported - but roleplaying is available and encouraged, but does everyone who picks up the game understand they will likely encounter roleplayers? Should I be saving the roleplaying for GG/Clocktower meets? Do I have to check with every PuG I join?

So, what do you think? Roleplaying should be acceptable everywhere, and non-roleplayers can damn well put up with it? Or roleplaying with non-roleplayers can be misleading and therefore cruel?

And a bonus question while we're here: Any situations you refuse point-blank to play, even amongst close friends?

I chose the back as:
a). Faces are a no-no for me. Why do people even have to have noses?
b). The picture was there on the titansgo.net website, and I'm much better at copying than freestyle (ha! It's true, I swear!).

So, there we are, my oddly coloured in in photoshop drawing of someone's back.

Shockwave and Eviscerate work in pretty much the same way when it comes to the multiple hit (either you hit everyone, or just the one), and imo, are not only higher damage, but faster recharge and more likely to hit.

I've respecced Spin out twice now.

You need to play a Kheldian.

...Or a Rad Defender.

Are you sure you want to go with Laser Beam Eyes over Conserve Power? Claws/Invul is low-end use, but Focused Accuracy can sap it all, even with three endreds (ack, you only have the one...three is an almost must!); and in itself, LBE isn't the most awe-inspiring of powers.

With the redrecs in your main powers, even without hasten, you can work up a solid attack chain, as you say - so the extra power at 44, though nice, I don't see much use in.

Other than that, it's looking a lovely build (even if you did go for Follow Up ).

The build MaX posted works extremely well, honest .
