Starfish is Elf's "funny" name for me... StarkFist -> Starfish... get it? Ha ha! So clever! It's like Oscar Wilde... if Oscar Wilde was a dysfunctional brain-damaged halfwit.

I'm not sure about the ADHD; that's a new one. Perhaps it is a new acronym he learned in the group home and desperately wanted to use? Now if you really want to get technical, I think Yo-Yo is usually spelled with a hyphen, but I think we should give him the benefit of the doubt.

Edit: Also, apparently one of the main characters on his favorite TV show is a starfish, which may have some relationship to the helmet he references. I'm not sure about that one.
