  1. Was mission diffculty stealth fixed? Or am I just getting used to the harder missions, so I no longer notice? I haven't played any low-level alt in the last few days, but my 30-ish characters haven't see nearly as many yellow minions or red bosses as before.

    There has been no anouncement. Anyone in the know?
  2. I have a level 34 and a level 31 toon as well as a ton of alts, and I never ever saw ANY monster. So yes, making them spawn more often seems like a good idea.

    Absolutely do NOT agree with this.

    If you play a controller and can only face -1 opponents, you'll get less xp for the mobs - should you get less xp for the mission too? No way!

    Let everyone pick the waythey want to earn xp:

    * Tough missions - lots of mob xp, but a long time to earn mission xp

    * Easy missions: More mission xpper time spent, but less mob xp

    This cannot be done too soon. In fact, no other issue is as important - not even stability. GET IT DONE NOW. It has been a week already!

    One week? How could you do this? How could you release#2 and disregard the results for the test sderver? I understand people wanted the new features live, but not at this price.

    Aw well, I guess I'll just have to collect geography badges for a few days.

    Stateman has said multiple times that making the post 22 game harder is a top priority after Update 2 is behind them. Although I'd love a difficulty slider soon (I'd crank it up when playing my blaster and down when playing my emp/def solo), if they introduce it before "fixing" the post 22 game then they are asking for a world of complaints and ticked off people later. Why? Because they'll get used to how difficult the slider makes it and then get ganked to hell and back after the post 22 fix goes in.

    If they are to fix the post-22 game, they better fix gimped powers like Super Reflexes, Dark Armor, Stone Armor and Ice Armor first (I guess there are many more). Characters with these powers can hardly paly the missions as they are, so DO NOT bost the difficulty until they are fixed.

    Fixing this will take time, so the slider should probably go online before these changes do.

    I must REALLY second this. Threadmilling in the upper 30's and later on seems excessive right now - and the missions just are not enough, you HAVE to threadmill. Especially if you like to solo.

    Starting secondaries and see them develop in many ways feels more satisfying than threadmilling your 30+ character. But soon we will HAVE to do it, when prestige things open up only for those with really high level characters.

    On the SR issue, I support the idea of combining Area and Ranged defense. What I want for the opened slots is damage resistance. Lucky and Evasion don't even need new names to become damage-resistance powers. I'd love auto powers along the lines of Resist Physical Damage and Resist Elements/Energy for these two slots. I've said it before - Invulnerability gets defense late in their progression, why shouldn't we get damage resistance late in ours?

    There's a lot of talk about regeneration being vulnerable to one-hit-kills. Well, so is SR. Defense merely reduces the chance of the one-hit-kill, damage resistance can actually prevent it.
  7. I amstrongly starting to suspect the figure for Fly is too high. All numbers I have derived from Fly + a tested power yeilded low figures for the tested power.
  8. I sent in some more measurements. Until we get Vennom to update his list or dispute my results, a temporary update for the following powers:

    -1,46 Arctic air
    -0,59 Quills
    -0,47 Tactics
