Well I did say it was a 'mad' idea. Personally I feel the forms are a bit meh!
Each to his own I guess...
Btw if you do it right you don't have to chase fury, it comes to you -
I was trying to think of ways to make the forms more appealing to my peacebringer. I was thinking how about giving them their own inherent.
For the Nova form I was thinking of something along the lines of scourge might make me interested.
For the Dwarf I was liking the idea of fury.
I know they currently get access to cosmic balance but I'm not really that convinced its that great. Its a bit random imo. -
I have seen an episode of Samurai Jack where he dual wields shields, it was pretty awesome
-
If the 'end game' content ran more like a hard mode version of the standard TFs I would be more interested in it. I can't say I'm a fan of these multi team raids.
It might be nice if we could get some threads and incarnate salvage in a new lvl 50 PvP zone and arena. Perhaps threads for time logged in the zone and salvage for completing certain missions or something along such lines. -
I don't have a major problem with the Posi Blast set.
Personally I would rather see the set bonuses on Detonation changed to be in line with sets like Thunder Strike, Crushing Impact, Red Fortune ect.
Debt protection has no place being in a lvl 50 set imo. -
When I'm tanking I like to leave for the next spawn before the last spawn is fully defeated. That way I make sure I have the aggro of the fresh spawn before somebody else jumps ahead and scatters them. Knowing when to move to the next group is a bit of a judgment call that comes with experience.

Illusion/Rad is pretty good for low end stuff and just in general.
-
Add a new Incarnate level of difficulty above +4. Add un-mezzable runners that pull in other spawns ect.
-
I tried playing a human form PB with fairly high def and I don't think it was really worth the effort.
In the end I decided to swap to a build with a focus on recharge and procs and I'm a bit happier than before.
My only problems now are more to do with the limitations of the PB archtype and some issues with the inferiority of the self-res, imo it should make you intangible briefly, and I don't like that you are immobilised as well. -
DP/Traps might be a nice themed combo. Having mez protection from Forcefield generator is great on a squishy. I have played a Traps/AR defender to 50 and it was brilliant.
-
You might also wish to consider Super Strength and War Mace for good combinations of control and AoE.
-
I would go for a night widow. Nice mix of ranged and melee options and access to some team buffing that doesn't take over your fighting role.
Warshades are also a lot of fun especially once you get your fluffy pets. -
My guess would be super strength. The lack of vertical movement on my stone tank made me delete it and roll a shield - best decision ever!
If you just want to be a hulking monster roll a warshade and go try-form. -
I guess you will be limited mostly by the stalker archtype. If you really want something truly uber you would probably be better off with a Katana/WP scrapper or something like that. I don't know if its really worth spending stupid amounts of inf on a DB/SR.
-
I have a DM/Invl brute that makes a pretty decent proxy tank, not a painfully slow as /stone.
-
I have just finished rebuilding mine. I took the attacks to do the attack the vitals combo, thousand cuts, plus assassins strike, build up and placate. From SR i took the lot. I also have CJ and SJ and the fighting pool up to weave. I took weapon mastery for physical perfection, shuriken and exploding shuriken. I didn't have much trouble capping my defences with IOs and I went for the damage Alpha slot.
So far I'm pretty happy with the performance. -
My Traps/AR defender was brilliant solo as well as being a great addition to any team.
Night widows and Huntsmen are also great. -
My friend played an ice tank and I was on a fire blaster. They are an awesome duo.
-
To make a SoA and skip TT Maneuvers is kind of rude in my opinion.
I wouldn't bother making a fuss about it, though I might add a player note along the lines of 'poor grasp of game mechanics', just for future reference. -
I think I would make a team from my alts.
Dark/Inv/Soul Brute
Bane with Leviathan
Fire/Shield/Fire Scrapper
Dark/Dark/Dark Defender
Ice/Cold Domination/Dark Corrupter
Earth/Thermal/Leviathan Controller
Mind/Fire/Cold Mastery Dominator
Fortunata with Leviathan
Leverage venom grenade for all its worth -
IMO the only thing that could improve my SoA is an alternate animation for Heavy Burst where a flock of doves flys up when I open fire.
-
On a huntsman you can get along just fine without build-up, I took double assault instead.
-
Ranged def is dead easy for a Soldier to cap, its one of the things that makes Huntsmen so good.
-
Could also try a Shield tank/brute/scrapper with a Traps def/Corr/MM
