    Enemy Regen

You could always go to the market and get Power Analyzer (example) and figure it out from the numbers it would provide.

  2. Well, Hamidon is Hamidon class, not GM class.

Lusca is very tough, but it also depends upon whether you count it as one GM or nine.

  3. from the Wiki

For villains: Arbiter Lupin, located next to Arbiter Frederick in the Nerva Archipelago; and Arbiter Sawyer, standing near the Pocket D entrance in Port Oakes

    Help

Yes, directly in front and to the north of the entrance, you should find lots of level 31 or so Rikti Monkeys, mostly on top of the buildings.

The last few that I have run that are "kill anything in the way" are clocking 1:20 to 1:30. That includes clearing the first two maps completely including ambushes. The last two maps we tend to clear more than are actually needed.

    [/ QUOTE ]

And don't forget they're usually set at Invincible or Unyielding . Unbridled mayhem and destruction is way more fun then running from ambushes

    3. Search. If you want to link to a specific post in a thread, such as your original post, make sure your link looks like:

    http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showf...umber=13634846

See the "&number=" part? Compare that to the number RIGHT under your thread title - the number on this reply will be different. That will take you to the specific post.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Changing showflat.php to showthreaded.php will link directly to a single post, but you won't see the rest of the thread without clicking the links.

    http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showt...umber=13634846

  7. See this wiki page.

Basically, lowest listing goes to the highest bidder. Someone listed the item for less than you did. When someone bid the 500,000, it went to that person who listed lower than you.
  8. Just an FYI, crossposting is against the rules (see sticky at the top of every section).

If you were two have a 1 belssing of the zephyr in both swift...

    [/ QUOTE ]

Swift doesn't take set IOs, IIRC.

  10. Another issue I've come across is with emails from threads I've tagged as Favorite Topic!. At the top of those emails, it doesn't give a complete url to the new post when posted from Boards.CityOfHeroes.com. It works fine when the new post is posted from Boards.CityOfVillains.com, though.

  11. The name is case sensitive. Are you making sure you have capital/lowercase letters in the right places? For example, if the character is named elessar, and you type Elessar or ELESSAR, it won't delete.

Any other suggestions why this could be a useful power?

    [/ QUOTE ]
It's like the storm set. In the hands of a skilled player, it's pretty darn useful. In the hands of a goober, the most likely result is to irritate teammates.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Same with wormhole from grav set.

Though it is an awful lot of fun to make it rain Minotaurs, Cyclops and robots during an ITF.

Anybody who cries poor is either super lazy or just wants 'teh shiny' without paying market value.

Or spends too much time at the tailors .
  14. <QR>

I believe you can also just type /Toggle Pet to make the window appear (and disappear), regardless of the option setting.
  15. [ QUOTE ]
I believe that's why the low level IO with special procs. are even more expensive than the higher level ones.

    [/ QUOTE ]

IOs with procs (chance for damage, +stealth, +regen/recovery) will work at any level, as long as the power is available (not greyed out).

Any set bonuses they provide will not count if you're lower than 3 levels below the IO level.

And thanks to StarGeek for posting my list.

And thanks for the list. I added it to the wiki as well.

    http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Threat

It's part of the Threat calculation. Higher ThreatLevel gives you higher Threat, which makes it easier for you to take and hold aggro.

    [/ QUOTE ]

And as I recall, most self-stealth gives some form of -Threat.

    Here's a list that Jade_Dragon put together.

    Up to 5 times.

... I believe that we've established that this is "new and not as good." Unless someone's found a batch of minion Freaks that give boss XP.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Well, not boss-level, but, as someone else pointed out earlier, all Freaks give out more than normal XP--about 20% more, from what I can tell.

For example, I was just playing on my level 32 Scrapper. Killing a Council Galaxy earned me 562 XP, while killing a Freakshow minion earned me 675 XP.

    [/ QUOTE ]

See Culex's Enemy XP Mods thread for a complete list, and blame her for making it easy for farmers to figure out what critters to put in the mission (KIDDING, of course).
  21. I checked fairly recently and while it didn't disband the team anymore, it still didn't start when the leader was over 41.

Edit: Checked May 2nd, and updated the wiki with the change at that time.
  22. <QR>

The one exception to this is the Eden Task Force. There's a bug in it so that if the leader isn't 39-41, the TF won't start.
  23. [ QUOTE ]
Being Natural origin also means that once you get the additional veteran reward attack (I think it's at 57 months but not sure) you can have bonus damage on both the Nemesis Staff and the Blackwand.

    [/ QUOTE ]

That is incorrect. The 54 month Nemesis and Blackwand specifically state "This version of this power doesn't gain bonus damage dependant upon your origin."
